Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Roxboro

I'd like to tell you everybody that I came to this location during a very busy point in the day and I got home with a pizza I built for the seven topping $9 deal and I was a little disappointed to find out that I had basically no sauce on the pizza but I called and talked to Dan the manager and not only were they kind and understanding but they fixed the issue and they really made me a great pie and I have to say I couldn't be happier and even with the inconvenience I have to give credit where credit is due so thank you Dan and to the crew I appreciate everything you're doing I know how tough things can be when it gets busy like that so I appreciate you treating me with respect despite the fact that I had to bring the pizza back and I will be coming back to this location time and time again until something changes and gives me a reason not to. Bottom line I highly recommend this location and if there's any issues talk to Dan he will listen to you and fix it..... update as of September 19th I have to tell you if they make the pizza like they did tonight every time nobody would ever complain thank you Dan and thank you to the crew as well it's the little things that matter and when I work all day and come to that I'm always happy so I appreciate it.. basically I usually get a pizza with the seven topping deal and instead of getting everything I usually double up on a few things and a lot of the times it feels like they don't even double up but when Dan and his crew are working they make sure it happens and it's all the difference to me, so I would put the pizza I have right now against any fast food pizza including Papa John's.. so I hope they...

My wife was mistreated badly by workers there during her employment with them. They are inconsiderate of their workers. the owner allows for a few of employees to be disgraceful and disrespectful to others whenever they feel like it. there is no control or health code compliance. They are use food that has fallen off into the make table . a few weeks ago the owner came in with a bad sickness and contaminated the other employees so the food was contaminated no tell who all got flu like symptoms or the actual flu. My wife had a miscarriage not long after she was cornered and aggravated assaulted by another employee while working there. they still have the employee on there roster. I hope people open their eyes. we will be getting lawyers for this mistreatment and all the monetary losses that came from her being wrongfully terminated, along with compensation for the pain and suffering of loss of pregnancy due to harmful unfairly managed employees and environment. We placed a take out order and drove 20 minutes from the county to get our food. Upon my husband going inside he was told that the card reader wasn’t working so he couldn’t get his food! When he came to the truck and told me what happened. I immediately went inside and told the manager that it wasn’t our problem the card reader isn’t working! We drove 20 mins one way and they will throw it out anyways!!! He then said I could go to atm and get cash.. I told him that it was ridiculous for us to go even more out of are way. I told him I wasn’t trying to be rude but it didn’t make sense. He then gave me the pizza in an aggressive way and was very rude on my way out the door running his mouth. It literally took me asking for corporates number to get anything done in the first place... When it was going to be wasted. This location has on going issues due to management. They are sloppy and rude! Shout out to the crowd of customers that witnessed this incident and agreed with me!!! I have a feeling they want be back either!!!!...
