Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Roxboro

I walked into this place and it smelled.. beautiful... the "grill guy" had the Chipotle chicken on the grill. But just the aroma in there.. it smelled beautiful.

I didn't catch anyone's name, but every employee in there was friendly, and laughed at my jokes. Lol

I love a #8.. heated. Cooked like a steak & cheese, or chicken Philly. The meats, the cheeses (I got both Swiss & provolone), green peppers, onions, & mushrooms grilled... then lettuce, and the seasonings.

This has GOT TO BE ... THE BEST DAMN SUB I'VE EVER EATEN!!

Spent 28 dollars They had no line. 5 people behind the counter. Took my order and yes I live a good 25 mins away. What did I get NOTHING I asked for. Why ask me. Called back and ask for owner number he said he could not give that out. Well I hope he or she reads this. I will never stop their again and I hope others think hard before they waste their money too. It's bad bad!!!!!!!!!!! The first person even wrote it down and handed pink copy to go ahead and pay. Everything on paper was write. So some where from stove to the bag. 3 people could not read. If they don't do the little things do u think they wash their hands. I know the tall guy did not. Placed an order for 16 sub delivery for a specific time for a work meeting lunch. The order was delivered an hour late. Calls were placed to the store 15 times and they wouldn't answer the phone. When the manager finally called me back I got an "I'm sorry, we were busy and short staffed" I get a discount off my next order. The order was placed to be delivered at a certain time for a reason. An hour late lunch delivery sets everything else in the work world back an hour and sometimes and hour changes EVERYTHING. We always have done large lunch orders here but I will never make that mistake again and obviously, our business didn't mean that much to the manager of the Roxboro store anyway. Very...
