Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Roxboro

Food is fine I just don't appreciate being lied to, just go ahead and take down that sign please... Taco Bell, Nobody falls for it it's extremely aggravating.. I had the manager. Be non understanding basically belligerent accusing me of stuff when they literally sold me something they didn't carry and then blame me because they were too busy. To take Down the signs and they still Tried to charge me for the Combo and endeavor everything else but with half the product and again they blamed me.. There were two workers joseph and Samiah, They saved everything they talked to me they explained it. They took the time to be proper employees and everything was good. They said do you need your money back? They fixed my order and I said no way I don't need my money back I just don't want to feel like i'm in the wrong when this was just a miscommunication that got out of control. Anyways those 2 save the day they fixed everything they offered my money back. I didn't take it. I think they should be the next manager in this facility because if you do not get people like these too and you should pay them well, You're going down quick? I've been a customer for 4 years and I come here all the time. I love you guys but you have Terribly rough patches and we can blame the pandemic but now there is no excuse and those 2 are your hope so please somebody take notice of this And make those...

12/4/2022 evening about 7:30pm was the absolute worst service I’ve had. Either the employees are overworked or undertrained. I’m not sure. I ordered a cheese quesadilla, nacho fries, one cheesy bean and rice burrito and one chicken Chipotle burrito. I ended up with somebody else’s order a steak chalupa, Doritos locos taco, chicken and cheese quesadilla, & beef burrito. I had pulled away and did a u turn, explained I got the wrong order completely. She then hands me a new bag , apologizes and I drive away to the parking lot, immediately see a chicken sandwich in the bag and go inside to explain I got someone else’s order completely! At that point the girl had taken my receipt previously and I hoped they’d remember me which they did. She then hands me a new bag with quesadilla, my cheesy bean and rice burrito, and nacho fries. I thank them and go home. See that it is still a chicken quesadilla. Normally that would be a win for somebody but I am vegetarian so I have a lot of food that just ended up going to waste. I literally had 3 items (and a Baja blast but that was a drink), and I just kept getting other peoples orders thrown at me. I just do not understand. I don’t think it’s the workers fault I think they’re over worked and over stressed & something needs to be done that will make a positive impact on...

Update : This store has returned to the garbage pail from whence it came! The night staff here lack even the basic skills of a female dog! Upon ordering my last order, every, EVERY item was garbage... Each and every "crunchy" taco was mushy AND squashed. When I generously give this place nearly $30 and I trash more of the items than I eat it's a problem. When calling the store, ghetto-trash kids answer 1 time, then hang up. Then for the next hour... Yes I said HOUR, I continued to call and was consistently hung up on. I will be sure to update here if there is any progress. If anyone with any control over this store sees this, if you cannot run this store properly... Then CLOSE IT!!

The restaurant seems to be under new management, many of the standard basics previously overlooked seem to be being addressed. Overall staff awareness is improved, the drink station and counter is being cleaned more than it used to be. The food is improved (but that's not saying it is good... Just better than previous visits) Great improvement, let's see how...
