If your a delivery driver like I am... DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL. Delivery drivers can't remember what time EVERY LOBBY closes. (If they do that's amazing) I had an order round 10:30 and I though they closed their lobby at 10 so I went in the drive thru, as I was pulling in some one was behind me for the drive thru aswell, I wait 5-10 minutes at the sign for ordering until someone answers, I say I have a delivery n I wasn't sure if they still closed their lobby at 10. Then the person who was taking my delivery order stuff rudely said "our lobby is open until 12, come into the lobby for delivery orders" At this time I was in my head thinking "ok I'll remember that for next time of I get a delivery here" but out loud I said there was a car behind me and I couldn't back up, they just kept saying come in until they probably looked out finally and said again very rude fully "fine, pull up to the window for your order but this will be your last time." (Look I understand having a bad day n stuff but don't put it on your team or people ordering.... Their not you... ) I put up in the line and wait about 20-30 minutes until I'm at the window, then remind them I'm here for a delivery, the person at the window at the time was very nice but you could tell they weren't happy, they give us the order n I noticed a voice from when I was at the order sign, and it was the Lady in charge! Anyways, Just don't go here for...

This location is a joke ! Most branches of Del Taco drive thru's are slow , compared to other fast food chains , which I chalked up to they are making it fresh but this Del Taco is insanely slow! Not only the ten plus minutes when only two cars are in line that's an issue but I'm sure when hiring the only qualifications needed were non listening skills , " I really don't care about my job " attitudes , and the inability to read a computer screen. I have given this branch about 5 or so chances to prove me wrong but every single time they screw up my order completely ! That is after having to repeat myself 4 or more times due to the person taking my order is talking to coworkers and laughing or just goofing off . The lackadaisical employees are ruining this place. I refuse to give my money to this particular Del Taco anymore . I work in the restaurant industry and know it can be difficult from time to time and customer's can be a pain so I try to make my order's easy and non-picky as possible so if they can't get my order right there is no hope for this particular establishment. The owner really needs to revaluate who is working here. If you want Del Taco, I highly recommend driving down the road further to...
