We placed our order at 6:40 pm. We were told it would be a ten minute wait. We expected them to be busy because of Roy Days---the Fiiz next door was also busy. My daughter placed the order (1 extra most bestest, 1 cheese, 1 crazy bread, 1 cheesy bread) and when she was told there would be a wait she went next door get drinks at Fiiz. They were also busy so she had to wait there, too. I started to worry that the pizza might be finished before she was done at Fiiz so I went into Fiiz and told her I would wait for the drinks and she could go check on the pizza. She went back and was told that they were still waiting on crazy bread. We finished up at Fiiz, which took maybe another 5 minutes, took our drinks to the car, and went back in to get our order. It still wasn't done. There were customers lined up out the door and it was obvious that there was no rhyme or reason as to how the rush was being handled. They should have planned better for the Roy Days rush. At one point an employee came out from the back and asked everyone what they were waiting on. I told him that we were literally just waiting on one order of crazy bread. I said that I felt like we had been there longer than anyone, and other customers agreed, but he did nothing about it. Our pizzas were sitting there on the rack with our receipt on them and there was an order of cheesy bread in the warmer. I watched them pull out at least four pans of crazy bread and stack them on the table behind the register. The woman preparing them and bagging them was not doing anything with them for the longest time. She finally bagged up one order and set it on top of a stack of pizzas and did nothing with them. Then, as she was bagging up another order of crazy bread, I walked over and asked if we could please have that order as we had been waiting FOREVER. The cashier, Justin S., said, "Everyone has been waiting a long time." I said that I was pretty sure that no one had been waiting longer than us. He then started being very rude and condescending, as if I were being unreasonable in asking for my order to be finished so we could go. When all was said and done, we waited 35 MINUTES for our order and then were treated very poorly. And our pizza was not fresh, having sat there with my daughter's name on it for as long as it did. A while back, we started making the trip to the Clearfield location as often as possible because the pizza is better. Now we'll make the trip because the service is better and the employees aren't brats. Seriously, I've never had a problem at the Clearfield location. When I have to wait for my order there, they are always very professional and accommodating. The Roy store could learn a few...
Read moreI have to say the service at this little caesars is the worst I have ever experienced! The management as well was so rude and disrespectful I will never go to this little caesars again. I ever sent an email on the little caesars website gave them feedback and told them of my experience and still haven't heard anything back. Its like they don't care it's the same way the managers attitude was when I was at the restaurant she just ignored my complaint and basically said they were to busy to help. I have to say as a manager myself I would never tell a customer I was to busy to help! I tried calling the little caesars 12 times my sister was helping me and she was calling also. At least 30 mins calling because we wanted to order and plus to see if they were open for business on Sunday but nobody would answer the phone so I showed up there had to drive 15mins to see if it was open and it was open when I went in side I asked to speak to the manager that's when I explained I've been calling for 30 mins showed her my call history and she said we were to busy to answer the phone and guess what the phone wasn't even ringing when I walked in they had 3 people inside the restaurant so how could you be to busy. They weren't busy just lazy and didn't want to help that's the attitude I got from them at that restaurant. I wanted to avoid sitting there waiting an extra 30 mins just for my food to get done. So I wasted 1hr and 15 mins in total that should have only been 30 mins total to drive there pick up my order and then drive home with my order. YOU HAVE A PHONE AT A RESTAURANT SO ANSWER IT OR CLOSE YOUR RESTAURANT! Tell your customers your to busy to answer the phone isn't right and that was very...
Read moreFood always takes SO long. I always order on the app and it estimates 20-25 minutes usually but it always takes over an hour. We are always waiting forever even after the order tracker goes into “boxing”. Last time took 1.5 hours for 2 pizzas. This time we’ve waited an hour and are STILL waiting. The food is good but takes FOREVER. We will probably stop coming and move to Pizza Hut across the way to save our time and sanity. Once my husband even watched them drop a pizza on the ground and try to still sell it.
Update 3/22- Why we went again? I don't know, it was an awful choice. My order should have been ready at 4:20 so knowing they're always slow I head over at 4:30 and it is still not done. I was told (along with the crowd of people also waiting) that it would be 7 minutes for bread. 25 minutes later my bread is finally done, my pizzas had been sitting on the shelf for over 25 minutes because they had been there (unknown to me that they were mine at the time) since I arrived. We had cold pizza and even the "fresh" bread wasn't warm. The cheese in my stuffed breadsticks wasn't even melted, it was like eating string cheese wrapped in bread. I said something because the boxes weren't even warm and the person didn't care at all "sorry we've had a lot of orders". So you're going to half fill all the orders then go back and finish them all 20+ minutes later? What sense...
