Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Roy

Ordered a pizza online. Pizza was good . I did find one thing a little frustrating however. When I got to the counter to pay I asked for a couple packages or red peppers and cheese. I was informed that they no longer have the small packets any more and wanted to sell me a small bottle for several dollars more. I guess it's not a huge deal. It just got me thinking. Prices have all gone up. The website says I'm a loyal customer. I do order pizzas from here occasionally throughout the year. At 20 bucks for a lrg stuffed crust pizza; is it really putting Pizza Hut out to give a few red crushed pepper flakes and a packet of cheese. Just another example of the growing trend from businesses wanting more money and giving less to the consumer. Also after I got reading reviews I noticed Pizza hut takes no responsibility for the negative reviews publicly other than a repeating your compliant. Every response is an auto response asking you if youd like to email them further. If your going to respond to people on the reviews they left why not let others who read these reviews know what steps your taking to remedy the situation instead of some auto response to every review. Just seems like customer service isn't as much of a priority. I'm not trying to bash Pizza Hut . I have to say, I'm a little bummed. We ordered three pizzas on Sunday, and the previous Friday we placed an order for three pizzas and two pastas. The issue we had was with our order on Sunday. We've been hosting parties at our house over the summer and we have quite a few people who really enjoy ham and pineapple on their pizza.

We ordered a large pizza with EXTRA pineapple, EXTRA ham, and black olives. We get the zza delivered and it had what we thought to be less than average amount of ham and pineapple.

Other than charging us EXTRA for extra toppings and NOT getting them, this location is pretty decent. The pizza has been cooked well, and gets delivered rather quickly.

I will say I'm surprised our last two orders were delivered by Door Dash and not by Pizza Hut drivers.

All in all, they cook the zza well and deliver within the estimated time-frame. Just don't order extra toppings, because you will be charged for them but won't...

Alright so they might remember us, I tried finding the receipts for the names of the 2 delivery drivers but I just wanted to thank this location as a whole. We had a party last night on Sunday 3-4-18 and we could not decide between Pizza Hut or Domino's so I made a bet on who could be here first. We put in the notes and ordered at the same time to both location on that this was a race. Granted we ordered a lot of food for both and told them we would do a good tip for who got to our house first. First for dinner than they wanted desert so we ordered again and Pizza Hut showed up within a half hour and still beat Domino's by 30-45 minutes. This is why I go through Pizza Hut, Great food for family get together, fast, fresh food and great workers. I do hope you had as much fun as we did and hope our tip made it worth it.
