McDonald's — Restaurant in Royal Oak

We just used the drive thru. Last time I went to this store, they did not give me the chicken nuggets I ordered. I called the store and they said "Next time you come here, tell them you spoke to Jessica and they will give you a 6 piece nugget MEAL for free." I thought, "that's great." 5 days later, I placed an app order for that same store. When I told them about what Jessica said regarding my previously missing food, the workers told me it wasn't written in their book, so they couldn't give me a free "meal". Ok, not great. But they did say they could give me just the nuggets I didn't previously receive. Fine with me. When they handed me my food at the drive thru, I noticed they gave me only 1 French fry when I had ordered 2! Fortunately, the did give my fries before I drove away. When I got home and unpacked the food, I found TWO chicken mcnuggets (they only owed me one) AND the cheeseburger I had ordered in the app was missing! What is going on at this store? I will never return to the Rochester Rd restaurant again....

Didn’t have any problems with this place really the only thing I noticed that the floor felt greasy kind of slippery to walk on, even though it didn’t look greasy I ordered the five dollar meal and a large iced coffee with French vanilla vanilla flavoring. Everything came out exactly how I ordered. I ate inside with my daughter and somebody else I was hanging out with. I was kind of wondering what had took so long because I thought well with any of the Mac Donald’s that I’ve ever been if you sit inside and take a number and put it on your table they bring it to your table. That wasn’t really the case here. I don’t know if it was just because they were busy, but my friend went to go order her meal a little bit after me and she’s like oh your order has been sitting up there and I’m like what? I was just about to go get up after she said that here comes the lady around the corner bringing my food. She was nice, but I didn’t know or else I would’ve just stood there and...

Extremely rude manager on shift (@2pm 07/23), of whom, likes to yell at customers through the drive-thru window. This person clearly forgot she is in customer service. A simple /polite request would have been adequate, yet this low i.q. trailer park person felt the need to bark an order at me for not waiting at the order taking radio for an order that was already paid for and marked as ready for pickup. She tried not acknowledging me as long as she could and then was overtly rude and apparently doesn't understand barking orders at someone that isn't a McDonalds employee doesn't hold any water. Now IF this turns into a repeat issue I will contact corporate regarding this issue. Also, I am a local Google tour guide with thousands of views per month; CLEARLY the McDonalds on Woodward just west of this location is emaculatly better run. I'd personally recommend avoiding this very slow place with rude workers. Its more reminiscent of Hazel Park...
