If I can give 0 stars I would! Terrible experience. We ordered at 7:30 and the food arrived at 9:00 PM. We get it, it’s Friday they’re busy but the order was incorrect and the pizza was BRICK COLD. I was told by 2 women that it was a Friday night standard for pizza to arrive cold and the delivery to take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. No one told me when I originally placed the order about these “standards” and I was then told I, the customer, was supposed to ask. I’m supposed to ask if my takeout pizza is going to take 2 hours and if it’s going to arrive cold? Absolutely pathetic. They wanted to give me a fry credit for the order and I was not having it. An Italian guy gets on the phone and then stated that nothing is wrong with my order so that will be that and I can go ahead and warm up the pizza myself and it got nasty! He started screaming and cursing at me. My husband then intervened and it escalated to the Italian guy telling my husband to go up there and kick his a$$. What kind of restaurant owner and customer service is this? Absolutely disgusting and pathetic!!!!!!! I even offered to return the entire order for a refund and they couldn’t do that because of their “Friday night” standards. Absolutely pathetic. Also look at the picture of the fries that I ordered with mozzarella cheese and marinara sauce. So dry...

One of my favorite restaurants to eat at in Schuylkill County. The wait staff is friendly and the portion sizes generous.

Typical Italian food plus a few Exotics. It's hard to find a restaurant that serves fresh veal in our area and I believe they have four or five menu choices with veal alone.

The one time that we did have an issue it was resolved rather quickly. And even when they are extremely busy they still managed to serve quality products.

Update: I had to drop them down a star on August 3rd of 2023. My previous review was five stars, and this could just be a fluke. I've never ordered takeout from here previous to the date mentioned. I placed an order just before 6:00 p.m. and was told approximately 35 minutes. I showed up in about a half hour and my order was ready. Normally, one would be happy about that. However when you pay $24 for a pizza you expect it to be hot and not lukewarm and sitting there for 20 minutes. If it was only going to take 10 or 15 minutes they should have told me that. Again it might just be a fluke and it's not going to stop me from going back but definitely annoying and worth noting for...

Absolutely worst dining experience I have ever had. We waited an hour for our food, it was prettt busy so that was understandable though. When the food finally came out my fettuccine alfredo with broccoli had chicken in it but no broccoli. The waitress stormed off back to the kitchen with it saying it would need to be remade. 20 minutes later it come back out still with no broccoli but this time with shrimp When I said this was wrong the waitress started arguing with me that it was what I asked for. I don't eat any seafood, I know for a fact I didn't "ask for it". I had to actually tell the waitress to stop arguing with me and just bring me the right food. The manager comes out and basically brushes off the whole situation. Another 2p minites later the meal comes out right but now everyone else is done eating. It was such a bad experience and then the fact that I still had to pay full price for this meal I didn't even really get to eat set me over the edge. Unless you like dealing with rude incompetent people...
