I don't review a lot of places, but I'm writing one for this place because I've been here dozens of times and feel it doesn't deserve its low rating.
I've come here 2-3 times a month over the year and a half since it has opened. I always order in the app because it's cheaper (online exclusive $6.49 combo boxes for the win), always use the drive-thru, and I always make multiple customizations (most often subtracting lettuce).
I have only gotten lettuce in my food once. I have only been missing an item twice, both times a cup of spicy ranch. And there has only ever been one rude employee, who I saw once during their opening weeks and never again. Again, this is after 30-40+ visits to this specific location, which is crazy to me. I have never had so few negative experiences at any other fast food restaurant location. Unlike many other places, the food here is consistently hot, fresh, and assembled with care.
I feel lucky to live so close, because the Hazleton, Saint Clair, and Lehighton locations had often screwed up my food before I started coming only to this one. To whoever is responsible for this -- management and/or regular employees -- I...
Read moreApparently you don't need to use the Kiosk to order when you're inside. Even though there's a Big sign that reads Order with the KIOSK. As I approached the counter this ignorant fat baffoon cuts ahead of me to order with an employee. I've already made my order and All I needed to do was pay. Instead of the worker telling him he must use the Kiosk she takes his order? So I had to wait for him to make his order and fumble for his money to pay. He was served his food before I did and was already eating. I told the girl I'm so glad I ordered with the Kiosk so I can be cut ahead. Her reponse was silence with a dumb smile. Apparently there's two procedures when ordering. 1 is for the majority and the other for illiterates.That stunt caused me to wait 10 minutes longer for my food than normal. This is because of the Drive through now coming through to get Their Orders. I am not a stranger at this location.
This speaks volumes for the lack of training for the employees and lack of concern for the Customers. Horrible Management.

Read moreAbsolutely irritated with Taco Bell. Ordered 2 $5 luxe boxes( substitute a soft taco and chips with nacho sauce for one of the boxes), 2 soft tacos, and 2 starrys with NO ice. We paid fifteen dollars to have to ask for our drinks to be redone after they had ice in them, they didn't give us our two soft tacos so we had to ask for those and they ended up giving us one anyway, and no cheese with the one luxe box. Service was rushed and food was literally mushed into a box that looked like it had been punted by a football kicker. The whole shift needs retraining on time management and food quality.
