Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rush Township

OMG! Horrible service!!!!! I order my order at night before the closing time, they never delivered my order to my home the address I put down on the app. It was close before I realized I never got my order to my home. So the next morning I call and I talk to somebody and let them know I want my food I paid for, the lady on the phone gets nasty and hangs up on me, I call up again asking for the manager the manager gets on the phone, he says he will have another order delivered in an hour and 1 they don’t even have the right exact order, but Im there waiting and waiting by the door and still nothing, now they had called my neighbors phone twice and 3 mins apart, but I didn’t receive the calls because I do not have service on my phone and I was calling off somebody else’s number. But then again I didn’t see anybody outside or anything, but when I called up again when I used my neighbors phone, they said the had came and that they sent out 2 drivers which my husband was outside working and he had not seen not 1 car stop on our street. So I had said to the manager to either bring the food or refund me my money he said he has 11 orders in and I said okay that’s fine after all the orders what time would then be so I know the food will be on its way he would not give a answer, then I had said refund me my money and he hangs up on me. This is ridiculous, there customer service is very poorly, they have drivers that don’t care but to bring it to anybody door and not make sure it’s the right order, it’s horrible. This is crazy and I’m not gonna stop until I get my food or my money because the order was $65 and with how rude they were I’m not just gonna let them have my money and be as rude as they were. Still waiting for my food after I ordered it online yesterday at 9:30 pm! It said it was delivered, where exactly because nobody called me liked I asked them too and nobody texted me 6 minutes before it was delivered! Now this always happens so maybe next time this won’t be an issue. If you had one driver that night asked anyone else to step up to help out or cut the route short for tonight only. I drove down there at 11:55 10 minutes from my house and the doors were locked and there making food and guy just stars at me and I been calling them for an hour but nobody could answer the phone. The stores closes at 12 not 11:55! So you think that guy would’ve answered the phone and helped me get my order. Well nobody did still haven’t got it I stayed up until 1 am then finally went to bed. If this is customer service when everyone orders food then I’m never going to order food from domino’s again! I just can’t believe within the time from my house to the store nobody could’ve pick up the phone and assist me! If nobody knows how the store needs more training, because that was quite wrong and disappointing. I hope I get my money back! Worst experience! I’ve even let...

We started ordering from domino's again after the last time and regretted it. Several incidents left a bad taste in my mouth but the last was the final straw. I ordered a pizza for pick up and after getting home found out they put pineapple and ham on my pizza instead of bacon and ham like I ordered. The "solutions " they offered was for me to keep the pizza and recieve a credit that I would be forced to use in 7 days or bring it back for them to remake it. These options completely resolve any accountability from the workers messing up. If there are no consequences, why even try to do it right? In the end I returned the whole order and went to McDonald's. They offered me nothing in return that I wasted time and gas driving up there twice, 20 minutes one way 4 times. Do better domino's. And after I asked for corporates number they told me there isn't one.
