Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rush Township

So, Dunkin I’m hoping this will get your attention. I used the mobile app to place my order. I realized I had forgotten two or three things that I had wanted to get and so I went to edit the order and add items and upon doing that and pressing the button to submit the order, I realize that I was charged again not just for the The new items that I added, but everything from the original order placed before I added to it resubmitted itself. I understood the second charge because of the amount that was higher, but I only received one of each item that I ordered Even though the order was duplicated, and then added to. That being said you charged me $34 for something I never received when I asked your employees about what I should do, I was told to go to the app and request a refund. Well I go to the app and there was Not one single way to get in touch with a human human being. the chat bot says he will escalate It to people who can handle it and possibly submit the refund and That I would hear from somebody in two days or so. I even tried to call your own 800 numbers but neither of them work. The Chatbot will not give me an agent at this point. So I waited and nobody has gotten in touch with me and now I’m really upset and I’m really angry because I don’t know what else to do. I’m really frustrated. This $34 to you may be nothing but it’s everything to me and my children in this economy. I paid what was the correct amount. That’s the second charge. Cash App won’t dispute it. I have waited long enough for this to be resolved but no one has gotten in touch at all. I just want my money back. I didn’t receive two orders worth of food, just one. Just look at the times and dates of the order on the following pictures, you can see that the order was placed twice I was charged twice, but that is some sort of error in the app because it says I could add items. Those who have rated this location anything more than 1 star must never of been to another Dunkin before. This place is atrocious. I’ve come here a handful of times and each time something is wrong. No one knows what they’re doing. Ordered a caramel latte with blueberry and the girl asked me if I wanted cream?? I don’t work at Dunkin and I know better than the employee that lattes come with milk, automatically. When I got my “latte” it wasn’t even a latte. It was just a regular iced coffee, I could tell just by the color when they handed it to me. No one here knows what they’re doing. They need to be trained better or need new people entirely or just shut down. Go to St Clair Dunkin. They beat this place by a long shot. I won’t be going back, waste of money.

This by far is the worst dunkin I ever went to. They're always screwing up the order. Avocado toast is always rock hard am cold. I did a mobile order an the guy asked me ,I said I have a mobile order ,he asked for the name, I gave it an then it was silent. I thought he'd be looking for my name.. 2 mins later ,he says can I help you? I said yea I just told you I'm a mobile order. He says yea pull around. So I said so why the hell didn't you say that to begin with??! This big guy who's always in the widow with tattoos on his hand, arrogant as ever, don't get me started on the old lady who will be there by herself at times. She killed my coffee, it taste like garbage, you can tell by ordering ,you were bothering her an she was annoyed. I legitimately drive to hazleton in the morning to get my coffee because this place is awful. Rude people who work there, it's disgusting. IF YOU HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS , DONT WORK FAST FOOD....
