Read moreOrdered via mobile order, as always "intending" to make visit fastest, most convenient, & highest savings possible. Because when you order fast food, primarily McDonald's as often as I do because I'm a loyal loving McDonald's enthusiast, you would expect for same repetitive errors and mishaps and ignorance to be directed, corrected, addressed, & made to WORK in future transactions alike. I personally don't want to cause myself or workers any inconvenience, nor the line of customers backed up, while Sally Bob Herb & Billy b, work by standing around the problem at hand when 97% its the same error. This time example, mobile order WAS paid by debit card, as always/ usual, BUT insisted that it wasn't processed to my debit, and that I must pay cash or other means, NO IF AND OR BUTs, bc as oh so familiar with, repetitiveness, I tell them they aren't tendering it out correctly as from my many many previous negative experiences in many different locations so I'm not trying to solely make this a big deal for this specific location.. but this time told then demanded I Pay other means HARSHLY, BY OVERLY STATING & insisted computers (register)/P.O.S. systems, NEVER EVER INCORRECT malfunction or make computer error. Well.. then forced to pay cash so I then could show the same amount COINCIDENTALLY deducted from DEBIT!?!? no apologies no Sry for inconvenience nothing. Mean mugged, then told oh by the way, your order only has 2 ³rds of what you intended on ordering. You need 2 reprocess & play again. Must go around through again. I SAID PLEASE here is the second mobile order # and it's cost is ZERO. SO please nicely inform how this not workable for CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER I was told trained and always made to believe is correct, in rational realistic reality-based scenarios. I wasn't asking anything for FREE, I just wanted what I paid for, and then what I earned free with having to reprocess free McCafe ice coffee. You thought I was asking them for 5 dollars 10 dollars or whatever the hyped made then arrogantly rude by overreacting to havin to make another ice coffee. Isn't that what they are hired to do? Thank you for this opportunity to further McDonald's overall betterment and operations for hopefully I may in the future go multi days ordering from McDonald's consecutively, without being insulted ignored or belittled. God bless. And we, consumers very much appreciate the smile while politely interacting if I am respectful in entirely throughout the chaotic ordering of 4 , total overall was just getting 4 beverages. Nothing overwhelming nothing never asked or done on average 20,30x per employee per shift per day. I thank you for your time and...
So I ordered 4 sausage, egg, and cheese, McMuffins and got four sausage egg muffins. Honest mistake. I'm sure the speaker didn't hear the McMuffin. And I didn't catch the difference on the total screen. So I asked for it to be fixed. They had me pull up. 3 minutes to come out and tell me that I would owe $8.01 more, which is fine. I didn't know if they were having a special on McMuffins or not. They took my $20 and literally gave me the exact change back which means $.99 in change for the penny in addition to the dollars. Seems a bit petty but fine. Then I wait and 3 minutes to get my change and for over 5 minutes to get my sausage egg and cheese McMuffins. I can see the packages say McMuffin so I am hoping we got it right. I get home and these are ham egg McMuffins. I hate ham. I cannot believe that they still couldn't figure out how to get this right. I'm going to say the first time was a mistake and mistakes happen but then to do what appears to be deliberately give me the wrong items either that or very stupidly is not reasonable. I worked fast food when I was younger and I can tell you it is not that hard. so most likely they just don't care. So that's fine. I will now pick up an order from the diner across the street from McDnalds and get double the amount of food for the same price and cooked well and correctly for pick up...
