If you’re ever passing through Rushville, IN, do yourself a favor and stop at Rosita’s Pancake House. We ordered the Mexican Burrito and French Toast with strawberry topping—and both were absolutely incredible. The flavors were fresh and comforting, the portions generous, and the presentation felt straight from a home kitchen.

What really made the visit memorable was the service. Our server, Maria, was polite, attentive, and genuinely kind—checking on us at just the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. Great breakfast! The staff was friendly and our server attentive! Food was excellent and hot when it was brought to the table. I had the biscuit and gravy platter which included potatoes, choice of bacon or sausage (links or patties) 1 biscuit with gravy and 2 eggs. The Mrs. Chose the spinach eggs Benedict which cane with a side (she had the heaping bowl of fresh fruit, which isnt shown). I tried out Rosita's for the first time a couple days ago. It was average priced for a dine in restaurant these days. I got the skillet and it was too big for the plate. It was delicious. The waitress was phenomenal. She made jokes, was calm, polite, and was great at answering questions. She checked in quite often, which is always a plus in my book.
