Three horrible experiences in a row here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt until the last one. Online orders are pointless because you're still going to have to wait 20+ minutes after promised completion time. They will however fill your drink orders super early (including frozen drinks) so they'll be super watered down when you get there. They also take so long completing the order that by the end the 1st tacos they made are super soggy. I always check orders at other restaurants just to be sure they are correct because accidents happen but here you can't just count up the items and look at stickers. Here you better unwrap each item and make sure it is what it's labeled as and take a peak inside to make sure you got add-ons you paid for. Also be prepared for attitude when you point out mistakes and ask them to fix them. (The nerve of asking for guacamole huh!?!) It's also fun to watch walk in customers order and receive their food BEFORE online orders. Factoring in the extended wait time and the terrible customer service I suggest driving to the Jacksonville location. In comparison it's well worth the drive. Read moreComplete "F" for customer service; food is pretty much what you expect from a taco bell but I went in tonight to get something for myself and my 11 year old child; i did a take out order from the kiosk and was subjected to listening to two staff members (female) talking completely unprofessional about the order even going to the point of degrading the person would order it that way (my child in that case). I completely lost my composure and one of the staff came around to the front attempting to justify the behavior even going to the point of gas lighting me (asking me if i was sure i heard what i heard). Once I was about the leave, the order was brought to the front and then I was told as I walked out (angry) to "have a blessed evening". This is my first and last time I will encounter this behavior because I wont be going back. Well on this evening as I was heading home (I just moved Alto from Tyler Texas) I was hungry so I stopped at the one in Rusk. I ordered the $5 box and a beefy 5 layer burrito. I asked to sub the crispy taco for a soft and that was it. So I'm around 10 - 12 mins from home and when I received my order I just left to hurry and get home. Bad mistake - I usually check my bag but didn't this time - crispy taco is still crisp, the beefy I had asked for was not the beefy one ( not even sure which one it was) and I had requested lots of mild sauce (I use about 2 per item) but was only given 5. The steak burrito was really good but that was all.
