43 Grill — Restaurant in Russellville

I wanted cheeseburger and had heard about their fried mushrooms, so I thought I would give them a try for the first time. I usually don't write reviews because they can hurt your business. I had worked all day without eating and was looking forward to a nice juicy cheeseburger. I order takeout a cheeseburger and 2 orders on mushrooms....mushrooms were awesome, but the cheeseburger was dry and the buns were toasted so long I hardly could bite into it, also the lettuce was brown a little. I sat in the parking lot and ate what I could and thought about going back in, but the man and lady were so nice and they were super busy. That being said I had a client come in today and he over heard me say I just want a big juicy hamburger, he said have you tried 43 Grill, he had a burger yesterday and it was amazing..so all that being said I'll try them one more time, but...

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolutely horrible! To start out we arrived when it was not busy at all. We were not greeted nicely. Seemed we was annoying the hostess. So much she pretty much tried to tell us there was a wait for a table... When I could see plenty of them... I told her my family and I would wait. Well that must have made her mad. She then tells me good news they have a table that will seat us... Okay great right? WRONG. She proceeds to seat us in an area that looks like it's been added on as a storage room. Has awful lighting was freezing cold. We waited far to long to order our food and never was checked on. It's like they forgot about us. I would not recommend. The way they treated my family and myself was awful. Plus the food is not worth...

I travel quite extensively and always am looking for some local dining experience to enjoy. 43 Grill in Russellville, Alabama is a great place to visit and eat some quality food. I enjoyed the Salad bar and the Full rack of Baby Back Ribs, and I got what I consider one of the best meals that I have had in quite some time. The Salad bar was fresh and well kept. Then the main meal came and what really impressed me was the Pork baby back ribs and how freshly cooked and flavorful they tasted. And they were not luke warm or cold like I have had in other so called BBQ places. Waitress was friendly and efficient and the bill did not require me to take a second mortgage to pay for. All in all, a wonderful choice experience and a tasty...
