Panda Buffet — Restaurant in Russellville

Dishonest owners. Refuse to let people have separate tickets. Then at checkout try to charge more than what you owe, refusing to let you see a real receipt!! Different prices for different people. Took 15 minutes arguing over price and how many was already paid for. They are dishonest people. Tried to charge us for an extra person. Refused a real receipt only the debit card receipt that doesn't show how they charge. It's been an issue for years about no drink for me they upcharge $1 for no drink!! Not even water. So we stopped coming very often. But now they charge full price Buffett for an 8 year old and refuse a ligetimate receipt so you know how your being charged. We shouldn't be charged for more people than what's in our party. Period. That's fraud and stealing. After arguing so long about it be printed off a real receipt and amazingly we paid for all five as adults. SHe was trying to charge for six. I can't stand a thief!! How many other people have they done this to? Not even an apology for trying to steal from us. Or a refund on the child vs adult charge. They have lost our family and extended families business forever. Wonder what shortcuts they are doing to our food? Dishonest up front, worse behind our backs. Horrible horrible...

IF I COULD POST THIS REVIEW WITH ZERO STARS I WOULD NOT RATE THE PLACE!!!! The food was horrible everything was cold on a buffet that is supposed to be HOT‼️‼️ there were flies all around the buffet area there was a FLY INSIDE THE JELLO which had to be made into the jello and refrigerated then cut into squares and placed on the buffet and nobody seen or paid enough attention to care what they serve to there customers that is disgusting THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN FRANKLIN COUNTY RUSSELLVILLE, AL needs to SHUT THE DOORS UNTIL THEY LEARN HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS YOU DO NOT‼️‼️‼️ SERVE FLIES TO CUSTOMERS AND THEN EXPECT PEOPLE TO PAY OR TO TAKE OFF THE PLATE OF THE PERSON WHO HAD THE FLY IN THE JELLO WITHOUT HAVING TO SAY SOMETHING MULTIPLE TIMES YOU SHOULD NOT CHARGE SOMEONE BECAUSE YOU MESS UP OR DONT HAVE YOUR RESTAURANT UP TO FOOD REGULATIONS‼️‼️‼️ THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE PAYING YOU A VISIT THAT I CAN PROMISE. We have eaten there several times since they became Panda over the last few years. Everyone the food is less than mediocre this time was the worse. We have officially given them their last chance. We went at lunch time and the food was not fresh and disgusting, tasted like last night left overs. The only thing we really ate was salad and mushrooms that had only been warmed and some sauce thrown on them. I seen one of the managers put hot water on Brussel sprouts that been there long enough for the water to have dried! The waitress was snotty and rude also. They where out of Pepsi products! The cream cheese wonton tasted like the cream cheese was old and moldy. Their "crab salad" was whipped mayo, chunks of crab and chunks of celery, didn't at all taste like crab salad .
