i never thought a day in my life as a sixteen year old girl i would have to submit a review for BURGER KING. we show up through drive through, they make us wait about 7 minutes before being able to even order. once we pull up to the window we’re waiting a few extra minutes. mind you it is not packed whatsoever, there was a couple with some kids inside and a car in front and behind us, that is it. we get our drinks everything is fine, and then they tell us to pull up and wait for our food. we’re waiting for 20 minutes. i go inside and they’re finally handing me my food, i check my chicken sandwich because i like it plain. i ordered the spicy version, and it was a normal with all of the toppings. i tell the girl and she tells me to toss it out. the lady who seemed to be running the place was very rude. she tried making it seem like it was my fault they screwed up. im genuinely upset right now. they forgot our cheesy bites, replaced them with cold nuggets, and my mozzarella fries were rock hard and just disgusting. as we’re waiting for my replacement sandwich, the girl comes outside and hands me a normal plain sandwich with the glaze in a CUP. literally the only normal thing about our order was the chicken fries and our drinks. we were in a time crunch and fast food was not being very fast. will not return, im definitely going to the one in harrisburg from now...
Read moreNow I am not normally the one who'd write a review but....... When you've had more than one poor experience, it becomes a bit of an annoyance. I pulled up around 3PM on a week day, NO CARS in the parking lot or drive thru. I then was asked to hold a minute. It took about 10 minutes before another car pulled in the line next to me, and they too were greeted with a "hold a minute". 5 minutes later a voice ask the car that pulled up next to mine, their order. Once the "lady", (and I use it loosely, because she was everything but) got to me I explained to her how I was waiting here before the car pulled up. She did apologize but 10 seconds later she gives the car in front of me their food and begins to have a personal conversation with them, instead of the car pulling off. I beep to show my frustration with her blatant disregard for customer service and she damn near cursed ME out, like I did something wrong. I ask for a manager but she claimed that was her. Read moreTL;DR: The person serving the food keep pulling their pants up, while their hands touched their underwater each time. Several times, front and back (they were not even yet to hide it). The person managing the fries put their hands under their pants, and in their case, it was not even sliding down. I usually prefer to avoid a place if I have a bad experience instead of leaving a review. In this case, it was too gross to let it pass. The person bagging the orders, their pants kept going really low to the point it stopped half of their butt to the seating area. They kept pulling it up every 30-45s. It was gross because they did not pull their pants by the loops, but by holding the interior and pulling out up on the front of back. While I waited for my food, around 10 minutes, their might have pulled it up more than 15 times.
