I never leave bad reviews but this was the most rude staff I’ve ever experience. I went to this Starbucks yesterday morning around 11:15 with my 2 year old daughter. I ordered a coffee, cake pop, and juice. I received everything but the cake pop. After waiting 5 minutes and being the only one in the store, I approached the counter to check in on my kiddos cake pop. Multiple of the staff members looked at me and ignored me. Finally, one of the workers approached me and asked what I needed. I explained kindly that I received everything but the cake pop and just wanted to check in. The worker irritably responded, “As you can see, we are short staffed and will get your cake pop when we have time”. I understand being understaffed, however there were four workers and no one in the store but myself and daughter. I would not have approached the counter if it was busy. I felt very much like a burden at this point so I said I apologize for being an inconvenience and just wanted to check in. I went and sat down. After a couple minutes pass, the same worker approached me and said, “Well your ticket didn’t go through so what kind of cake pop do you want?” I replied the pink one please. To which she responded, “you mean the birthday cake pop”. I said yes. She went back and got the item and returned. I apologized again and thanked her and she did not say a word back. Never apologized or demonstrated kindness through any of our interactions. If I had not have checked in, I would not have got part of my order. I felt very disrespected as I was very patience and kind in my interactions, however I did not receive that treatment in return...
Read moreI love the convenience of this location, but literally disappointed every time I go. Not only do they instantly sound annoyed that you're there, but they rush your order with repeating "anything else" 100 times. Then even when they repeat it back to you, my drink is made wrong every time. I order a "Venti Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with salted caramel sweet foam and extra caramel drizzle inside and on top". My drinks are ALWAYS missing caramel drizzle and it's always regular sweet foam! Then when I nicely tell them it wasn't made right, I get an attitude, eye roll, handed another drink THAT IS ALSO WRONG, then the window slammed before I can say anything!
It's very rare that you get a smile or good customer service here, besides from new people that don't last long. Everyone has an attitude or acts like they're annoyed that you're there, even the shift leader/manager.
I make the drive to Caledonia now because my drink is always made right and the girls are sweet every time!
I hope this group can get it together! Everyone was really excited about this location and now I know 30+ people that refuse to go...

I get a super simple drink but I can’t have the strawberries in the drink because of texture issues stemming from a medical condition, I asked the staff to remake my drink when they put the strawberries in it, and they gave me a second drink with strawberries still in there. I pulled out of the drive thru and went inside as to not hold up the drive thru, asked again to please give me a drink without strawberries, wasn’t rude, even apologized to them that they had to remake it again, and told her I just can’t have the strawberries in it to which she replied “well why not” I explained and then she proceeded to make my drink wrong a 3rd time..
