Subway — Restaurant in Rutland Township

This Subway has some issues, especially compared to the other ones in the area. Several times I've tried to go in to grab a quick sandwich 10-15 minutes prior to close, and they're already closed and cleaning up, and thus refuse service even though they're open until 9 or 10 (depending on the day). They are also out of items often, including specials, promotions, or even some breads or cheeses. They always say that a new shipment will be in on "X" day, but they either never order it or never order enough, as all the other Subways rarely are out of items. The staff is friendly enough. I've never seen them rude or ornery, but they've never been overly friendly either. Still, they do work hard and that's a positive for the store. The food, when they do have everything, is your standard Subway food. The inside is clean enough, though often I take food to go so I can't judge that. Ultimately, it's not the worst place to go to for Subway, but be ready to be turned away if it's near closing, or be ready for them to not have items available. Very unsatisfied I went there and I told it was my first time and that guy walked away and passed it off to somebody else and I get some this other guy and I can't even understand him I told him what kind of meat I would like and then they asked me what cheese and I couldn't understand and he said so fast and I asked him to repeat it and he got annoyed and I was just like not just forget the cheese and then another guy there we'll make it number three start speaking in a different language to the other two guys and then they yell we don't take coupons well why does Subway put them out if they don't take coupons I just turned around and walked away. I also think the customer should be able to see the meat and cheese and then maybe they could decide which item they truly want because if one doesn't look good they could go with another and then they may be won't have miscommunication and maybe they should put a note on the door that they don't...

Three employees - one behind the counter mouthful and eating whilst taking orders. 😠😡Other two not behind the counter, but playing loud ethnic music. Mind you this is at 3:25 PM Order - Two footlongs - #31 and Teriyaki Chicken. Requested both as toasted and 7 secs later both sandwiches are out of the Commercial Microwave with PepperJack and American cheese still not melted. The Italian herb footling is not toasted either in the 7 secs. $31.80 spent and had to ask for napkins😡😠🤔.
