I got fries, tater tots, and buffalo cauliflower. They made me brussel sprouts instead of buffalo cauliflower for some reason, so I had to wait for them to make the correct dish, which was fine people make mistakes, but my tots and fries sitting there getting uncrispy then it says $4.00 for fries and tater tots, that was $4.50 each, and it shows a side of buffalo cauliflower for $5.00 which I'm convinced they gave me the side not the actual side entree that I paid $11.00 for because they didn't even know when I called that there was a more expensive version on their menu, the portion was very small and did not come with any "scallions" as it's described, the fries weren't great and tater tots were decent but both also small portions and I'm gonna say the same thing I said for your neighbor Thai place, if you're not gonna fill my food container up put it in a smaller container, it's very disappointing eating out of a giant clamshell with almost nothing in it. Also, I ordered a "small side of guaucamole," and it was $4 but online listed as $2.00. Then they charged .50 per sauce(which is listed) I got free ketchup and ranch sides though woohoo. I paid $27.00 for a very unsatisfying snack. Wouldn't come here again but 2-stars because the employees were polite, and the place itself is nice. What I got to me is worth no more than $16.00 max, and the restaurant would still definitely be profiting off me. It's a shame because I live at The Station too and would be a regular. Disappointing. My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday late afternoon. We were greeted and picked a seat. Waited for 3-5 min then went inside to grab a new seat. Server said she'd be with us in a minute, then she got slammed and another server, Sarah, came and took our drink order and appetizer. Before she got there we had already been waiting almost 10 min. Food came out and was dropped off, still no beers for my wife and I. I finally asked Sarah if she knew where our beers were and she said they're coming. I then asked her to please at least bring us a couple waters, she did. Few more minutes and I see 2 beers sitting by the service bar just sitting there. I spot Sarah again and motion for our beers, she points to them and grabs them and drops them to us then she asks us to please have patience bc they're training staff. I day sure no prob, but we've been here 20min already and have ordered and finished an appetizer before we even got our first beer. She leaves and never returns. 2 empty beer glasses, 2 empty waters and an empty appetizer basket and my wife and I are still just sitting and waiting. I finally spot Sarah and ask for our check. While checking out I said it was a shame bc we liked the food and beers but it's too bad we could never get anymore. She straight up said to me "Well maybe next time don't come during a grand opening" I said, "wow, today is your grand opening?" And she says, "well no, Wednesday was." I am glad that the establishment is where it is located so I will give it one more star. But things are pretty bad here. Starting off the music selection is so terrible that only children would be able to withstand it. Each time I come it seems like the waitress staff are getting dumber and dumber. I remember when I was a kid doing dumb things but we at least looked good and could handle our work. I must to say it again that each time I come here these waitresses are doing more and more obnoxious things which is making them oblivious to their work. Is there any hope for the Young generation? Tonight I did not get my order taken at all. After waiting 15 minutes in hopes of being seen, I never was. This was an extremely slow Monday Night Football evening during which the restaurant could not have made any money. After not catching the Waitress' attention I got out of my chair and asked her for a menu. She said yes and a minute later brought me a menu.
