Caribbean Fire Grill — Restaurant in Sacramento

Went to the place and there was no atmosphere because it was the order at the kiosk. Everything I ordered was not in the bag. Apparently they ran out of certain things and decided to substitute them with something else. Ended up with three orders of plantains, no rice like I ordered, and instead, some funky Previously frozen vegetables. The Oxtails, which were extremely expensive, had four fragments of pieces of oxtail buried in carrots. Flavor was terrible, and definitely not worth it. Should not call them self Caribbean food at all. My biggest mistake was that I went there and ordered instead of ordering from Uber eats. Otherwise maybe I would’ve got some type of refund. Instead, I got Some funky stuff passed off as Caribbean food, which was More like slop. Dont Do It!...

I had the pleasure of meeting new people and enjoying some incredible food and drinks. I literally ordered a bunch of different food items as I have not tried any of it before and I took it home and myself and my husband had some of everything. I ordered a whole fried snapper and it had nooo flavor. It was very bland. I tried using the spicy mix that came in the small container and it want enough for the whole snapper nor was it very spicy, I would have much preferred the regular scotch bonnet sauce most other places offer.
