They have dole whip!! I adore dole whip and am over the moon that they have it. I got a dole pineapple cherry freeze, takes it up a notch and is amazing. I also had the Tipp burger and dipped it in ranch, so yummy and I’m not a burger person and they won me over. I couldn’t help myself, as soon as you walk in your greeted with the smell of old fashion hamburgers and they did not disappoint. Their salad bar is open, which is a rarity these days. I was eavesdropping and noticed everyone ordered chili and soup so that must be good and will try next time. Lines maybe long but it’s wham bam thank you mam with quick service. Customer service on point and out of this world. This is another must eat place just make sure to get a shake or freeze. Lastly price is affordable and I love that tax is included in the price you see when ordering...

Went for the first time today after a recommendation from a coworker.

People. The sheer genuine friendliness of the cashier is UNPARALLELED to anything I've ever experienced. To note, I showed up during a pretty busy 12:10 lunch rush and this wonderful person was so nice, welcoming, and patient I would come back just to give him another tip.

The food was really good and reasonably priced, the chefs back there are also doing lunch god's work! I went with a grilled ham and cheese (chose pepper jack and sourdough) with a banana shake. Sandwich was hot and not too greasy, good amount of ham, good melty coverage from the cheese. Shake was bananalicious and stayed nice and thick through my whole lunch.

Do yourself a favor and get yourself a sandwich at this veritable gem, this random guy on the internet...

The positives: Tipps has good food at a good price. Tipps has MOSTLY friendly staff Tipps is a surprise find in a blue collar industrial area.

The negatives: Tipps does not cater to custom creations, even when there is no one else seated or standing in line. I asked the stick in the mud (see below) at the register if I could order a tuna melt, which I was denied with rolling eyes. Tipps offers paninis and they offer tuna fish sandwiches, but they refuse to grill a tuna fish sandwich. Next time I will ask for a tuna panini.

Tipps has one young woman who runs the register who hates her job and is rude as hell. Today, she wore a tshirt with a goat surrounded by a pentagram. Fitting, because she is humorless and has the personality of...
