Came here for brunch on sat morning. . Had the menudo which was fresh piping hot served. Lots of beef tripe in the soup. Also the red hot sauce on the table is spicy enough to pair with the menudo. Lots of onions to sprinkle on top was amazing. . Had the beef birria bowl. Also they brought out fresh hand made tortilla to wrapped that juicy meat and eat it with the sauce dripping 😋 also the green salsa on the table is to pair with it. Lots of meat and the consume was amazing. . Had the giant 32 oz glass bottled modelo and a frozen mug oh yea amazing. . Had the crispy queso birria tacos. Crunch on each bite. Not too greasy. I love the birria and menudo from La Nueva, I have been a customer since they open there little restaurants feew years back I have order birria from them for my child bautizo, but now it's been really disappointing coming and order food as the waiting time for a order is and average off 40 to 1hr 30 min. We are considering not to come no more because the waiting time, before you could order over the phone and pick up save time now you can't even do that as they get to many order in person and they only take one customer at the time!!
