From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor.

What truly impressed me was the manager's dedication to customer satisfaction. One of the items we initially ordered was unavailable, and the manager promptly offered a full refund. However, he went above and beyond by personally ensuring we still received our order, even after the refund was processed. This level of commitment is truly commendable.

Just bought a chicken and cheese burrito for $6, had huge wet chunks of chicken dripping with some kind of gravy (it says chicken and cheese only?) It had NO cheese in it. It was literally the worst cold soggy burrito full of nothing and my dog wouldn't even eat it. Saturday evening there was no one in there except 2 employees, now I know why, they're cutting cost and it shows in the quality. All the taquerias in Natomas are cheaper and of a better quality 🤮

Also the lady seems mad when I asked for sauce because the hot sauce bin was empty, the ice ran out halfway through filling my cup and the place was not clean or...

Food is terrible. Just bland, no seasoning whatsoever. I came for a simple vegetarian burrito and specifically stated no lettuce. I even asked the cashier before ordering is lettuce included because I don’t want lettuce and she stated no. I even read on the menu that lettuce was not included. Went home to try to enjoy my burrito and it was lots of shredded iceberg lettuce in my burrito. I had to go back in the hot 100 degree weather to explain my order was wrong. They changed it without hesitation but it still was no good and no flavor. Even the salsas had no flavor. Staff is nice and professional though. Food just...
