KFC — Restaurant in Sacramento

Horrible Horrible Horrible I don't got to this place much because I don't eat Fried foods much but today was cheat day so I said what the heck.. I went in and sat down, and to mistake I sat in a big spot stuck to the bench.. So when I get up I go to the counter with my pants in my hand ( Had on shorts under) I proceed to say excuse me someone should clean that bench over there I sat in something. Immediately a women comes from the back like were busy!! Its only me and another customer already eating in the restaurant. I sense the tension and I say I don't want anything nor am I upset I just wanted to let u all know the situation. Most employees including the Manager Ivan we're compliant and understanding. One particular employee proceeded to look me up and down in a threatening mannrr so I asked why that was necessary. He became aggressive telling me I was now cause a scene. We parted and I came back asking for names to report to customers.. Certainly looking at customers in that manner is inappropriate especially when no threat is being posed.. I was refused the name of the employee and told by Ivan the manager this was on him.. I hope and pray the situation is reconciled and that know one else...

July 13, 2024 Worst experience I had ever had at KFC. On Saturday after 4:30. I ordered the 4.99 special deal. Two thighs , mashed potatoes and a biscuit.Two attendant cashier said no regular chicken not available for 20 minutes. (hard to believe on a Saturday). I asked her could I have 3 legs as a substitute. She replied I will talk to manger. Manager replied no. My son asked to talk to Manager. Manager never came up front to talk discuss problem regarding food. The cashier asked us if we wanted a refund. I said no, I wanted chicken for dinner. My son and I have never experienced such a lack of customer service and disrespectful service from KFC. Will never visit this KFC again. I finally received a chicken breast and and 2 chicken wings after standing there talking back and forth debating my order and requesting to talk to Manager for over 15 minutes . She never appeared. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. WORST PLACE EVER. I didn't expect for it to happen but after seeing the sign and they failed to give me my receipt, They refused to give me the meal free ( as advertised. See attached photo) It was a measly $4.51 cents but the chicken was dry and old , biscuit was hard and not edible. The girl ( Who gave me back my card and no receipt, went to the back and came back again and "Said, Oh we are not doing that anymore or and then I asked to see the manager and then the manager came and said yes and yes that is correct we are not doing that anymore and that sign should not be there and I said isn't that false advertisement and they said no said no because the sign should not be there and I thought to myself you just proved my point but I will never ever As long as I live go back to that location again and I will go to popeye's chicken from now on which is way way better anyhow. It was a last ditch effort at this location because I've been here twice before and it has never been a good experience but this is the 1st time I have complained...
