Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Sacramento

I ordered a salted caramel cream coffee with no ice online, but when I picked it up, the cream and coffee were already mixed, and I couldn't taste the salted caramel. Despite having ordered the same drink at other locations without issue, I encountered this problem. The cashier was kind and helped me get a new drink, but when I received it, the cream began merging with the coffee again. I'm on the road a lot and go to Starbucks often. This one is pretty meh. Not their fault, but there was a very unsettling dude outside the front door growling and acting agressively (seemed off his meds). Another bummy looking guy parked inside the front door actually leaning and partly blocking the front door. Weird....

What they could improve.... they were out egg bites, but she doesn't tell me until after we paid and waited for it. Finally, the bathroom is not like most. It needs updating...

My go to Starbucks location even though there’s 3 other locations closer to me. Love the atmosphere and how much they are involve in the community.
