WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went at 5pm and left an hour later dissatisfied and sick to my stomach. The only workers were 1 waiter and 1 cook. To start out with the entire hour and meal our waters were empty without the waiter to ask to refill them. I ended up drinking out of another family members water because I was so thirsty and didn’t get any refills. When I ordered an appetizer it took 25 minutes for 6 mozzarella sticks that were ice cold. When the food arrived 45 minutes later all I got were a side of Mac and cheese and a small amount of mash potatoes. I ordered the turkey dinner… the waiter didn’t even put in my turkey dinner request just 2 sides. Who does that? She then brought me my food and the “turkey” ended up being cut up CHICKEN! And the broccoli was wilted and tasted horrible. And my other family member ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was burnt and the cheese was plastic and didn’t even melt on the chicken! As the waiter left the receipt she charged me for not only a full turkey dinner for $9.99 but also the 2 sides that went along with the meal which she shouldn’t of charged for because they were changed to the turkey dinner sides. Read moreActually disappointed in my trip to IHOP today, while usually I enjoy the house of pancakes 🥞 this trip was not good at all. Greeted with a smile and what I thought would be great service from Caroline, she was delightful and took our drink order then food order. Then it took a turn for the worst, after 38 minutes of waiting for the food to arrive I noticed another waiter bring out the exact item I ordered for my daughter to another table that was being seated while we were ordering our food. So of course I inquired about the whereabouts of our food and they said there was a backup in the kitchen it will be on its way. Once it arrived (see pictures below) I was beyond furious, I was ready to leave but my wife wanted to stay so we did, and we asked for a redo of the orders respectfully, they complied taking another 20 minutes of time, with that being said I told my wife, if I were the manager I would discount this order, not comp because we received the food... Eventually, but at least a discount to the entire meal, when the bill came it was in full, not even an apology for the error and time wasted. So I decided to write a negative review, and for the most part those that follow me know I much prefer positive reviews but not this time.... Never going back, Caroline was sweet but the rest of this trip...
Read moreWe are afternoon dinner regulars and there are only two favorite servers that are excellent (Emma & Angelique). The rest (customer service folks) need to learn what good customer service is from the two that I just mentioned.
First, the bathrooms are atrociously smelly, dirty and needs to be quarantined by a hazmat team. The manager should be ashamed of himself at the state of and condition of the bathrooms.
Second, the kitchen cook/chef needs some serious lessons on how to properly prepare food in a quality and timely manner. I've seen my then 10 year old daughter cook a meal faster and looked better than these cook's food at this restaurant. Our ordered food is never correctly cooked, never looks the same as before, sometimes cold or overcooked, or is just plain the wrong dish that was never ordered. We've been coming to this restaurant for several months and I can count on two fingers when our order was prepared perfectly.
Our two favorite servers have done their best to correct the mistakes, accommodate our orders and go above and beyond the basic fundamentals of customer service. Emma and Angelique deserve to be managers of this...
