Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Sacramento

I order a personal pizza online. That is is just a personal pizza. My order was $26 for a personal size pizza. This included a $5 and some change tip for the delivery driver. I had my front door open but my screen door was closed. Almost an hour goes by since I ordered online and I call round table to see where my pizza is. They tell me it has been delivered. I tell them no it hasn't. Nobody has come to my door and my door is open because I am waiting for my pizza. The delivery driver just puts my pizza on the porch and walks away. Doesn't knock, doesn't say "hello, pizza delivery ", nothing. My pizza was cold and disgusting and how hard is it to knock on a door. I didn't even know he came and went. The round table website does not have real time tracking. It gives you an estimated time frame. Just because it was ordered on line does not mean to just drop my food on the porch and walk away. I will not be ordering from round...

I recently visited Sacramento for the first time. A lot of great food spots but I didn’t even get to try the food here and wouldn’t want to. I use to eat at round table in Phoenix when I was a kid but this location needs to get its act together. Numerous calls just to be hung up on and beyond rude. I should have listened to the locals telling me that not only are they rude but beyond that the pizza isn’t worth while. I had to interrupt the impolite girl the last time i called to ask my question real quick before she hung up on me again. Apparently it’s known that this place shouldn’t be in business with lack of ANY customer service. I don’t suspect they will be in business the next time I visit. As a business owner I wouldn’t let the employees be disrespectful to a potential customer. I don’t need to try the food, they can’t even answer the phones professionally so why would I assume the pizza is any better....

Absolutely disappointed. My husband and I took our 1yr old son to have some food At first the young man who helped us at first was super nice the computer froze and another man came out and he was the RUDEST human I have ever seen! He told my husband who is obviously of age 🧓 that he was going to fire the young man because he didn't ID my husband. He yelled at my husband for grabbing napkins from the counter at the register to clean my sons disgusting high chair before we sat him down and he also sat and watched us while we tried to eat our meal. The young man who was yelled at by the a* manager or who ever he was deserves a raise and a better atmosphere to work in and for the rude a* he should be fired and not allowed to own/manage any place that has customer service. We will definitely NEVER come back and as he said "we could get shut down" I truly hope...
