You have to order at the counter and they bring you your food. We ordered a regular pho (they only had an option for small or regular) and the “Com” beef plate. Upon payment I was unsurprisingly prompted to select how much I wanted to tip and presented with the options of 1) 20% 2) 30% 3) 40% or 4) select other… I selected other and entered a 15% tip because I was ordering for myself and wasn’t so sure Id get good service… but I was still hoping so left 15%. There were 3 other couples there eating or waiting for their food. We waited about 15mins and then was served our “regular” pho which looked quite small compared to any of the many pho places we have gone. And the “com” plate was mostly rice. We were not served water but were permitted to ask for a cup to self serve us water and then also self pick up condiments for ourself from another counter (the server only processed our payment and brought us the food). She also forgot to bring out lime/sprouts/herbs with the pho so we again had to get up to get that. The food was good. But service was lacking. And then, upon leaving, we realized we were supposed to also bus our own table… so we reluctantly did while wondering why we left a tip and why were ever prompted to enter a 20-40% tip ….. won’t be back again. But food was...

lol people are tripping, this place was great. (And I’ve lived in SF & LA. Grew up on Kevin’s noodle house). The taro milkshake and avocado milkshake were hella refreshing; and the boba was soft with good flavor. It also came with excess shake so it’s like I ordered two. I really enjoyed vermicelli: the beef had a great char on it just the way I grew up loving it; and the eggrolls were large and crunchy. The Pho has a good flavor. We ordered it with steak and flank. The menu set up looks different because you need to choose your meats, but it’s not that hard lol. Yeah you gotta ask for the side sauces and bean sprouts/cilantro, but it’s not that much of an issue to just ask. It’s obviously a small new family shop. All the bad reviews just come from prilvege. I always grew up knowing that the Viet places with bad American reviews about ‘service’ are usually offering the best food anyways lol. We were also allowed to chill with our dog outside. And the girl working up front...

Ordered from the menu titled BOBA drinks. Ordered a Taiwan milk tea. Didn't come with any boba. I took it back. Then they pointed out that the Boba drinks don't come with boba.🙄 On a separate menu board at the bottom it has boba for .75 and it seems you have to add that on. At least make it clear on the menu. Or point it out when someone orders. Maybe call the drinks TEA...not BOBA when they don't come with Boba. Also learned that the PHO does not comes with the plate of veggies and herbs either. You also need to pay extra and find this on a separate SIDES menu.

The staff was lovely. The menu isnt clear, and having to add BOBA to boba tea or pho veggies to pho is odd.

The tea, spring rolls and rice plate were all average. Nothing at all wrong with them, but nothing mind blowing either.

Oh you also have to pay .75 to use ur...

This fairly new spot is packed with flavor. It's brought to you by the families of Pho Saigon, Pho Lotus and Pho Sacto so you know their broth game is on point! The menu is small and the beef broth is perfection. The Wagyu Steak Pho is where it's at! $19.99 for a small bowl with the steak served on the side. Super tender. We requested grilled pork spring rolls and they happily obliged. The seafood pho was tasty as well. The iced lattes were very sweet and the owner, Robert, checked in with us a few times and helped us balance out our lattes. He was very helpful and so nice. We found out his secret to making his broth. He talks to it. I'm all for it!!! I'll be back time and time again because supporting local is important and this spot deserves it. So does my appetite.

Place is really cute and good. Large pho dac biet: the noodle consistency was spot on! Combo meat and broth were great. I think it’s probably one of the best deals for pho in sac. Pork spring rolls: pork portions were light and, I’m used to getting the bbq pork roles. Seemed to not have enough flavor. Peanut sauce was good though! Thai tea: tea was pretty solid! they accommodated me by making it with an oat milk substitute which was great! Service: it was pretty solid, it’s kind of order at the counter place but the worker was super kind and attentive. Atmosphere: it looked like the place was still coming together and looked like a cute spot. I would definitely go back for the large pho dac biet and Thai tea!
