I have been to this location now 3 times. Each time I have ordered ahead and each of those times I have waited longer than 10min for my one drink. This last time i waited about 17 minutes. When I asked them when my drink would be made they said it had already been made and put out and someone must have grabbed it. I knew that wasn't true because I had been sitting there waiting for it to be done. So I asked for a refund. I get my refund. On my way out of the door, one of the barista goes. "Oh, I think your drink is ready". I'm so irritated. My bf picks up the drink bc I didn't really want anything to do with the establishment anymore. But when my boyfriend picks the drink up, he notices that the foam that I requested on top has completely fallen into the cup. Why? Because that's what happens when you leave a drink sitting for too long that has foam on top.
Outside of that, let's discuss the two older women touching the lids of all the cups, and not the rim the drinking part. I watched both of them do it several times and not a single time did I see one of them wash their hands. But I saw them wiping their hands on their aprons, touching...
Read moreGreat drink and great food. I gave it a 3 star and I’m writing this on my fiancé account. On Sunday March 16th about 10:30am, me and and my fiancé were heading out to Newman, so we stopped at this Starbucks, since is close to the freeway that we needed. I asked her what she wanted, but was still deciding. I ordered my usual which is venti ice coffee, no classic and sweet creamer. The barista (girl) heard me called my fiancé a babe, when I asked what she wanted. She said “venti mango dragonfruit with lemonade.” We also got food as well. We got up to the window and bartista (guy) gave us our drink and took the debit card, so we can pay. We thank him and drove away. We notice a message on our cup. It has a face with “cu-tea” on mine and “thank you” with a smiley face on hers. I was offended about it and hoping to think nothing of it, especially the bartisa (girl) heard me called my fiancé a babe. I’m almost 54 for crying out loud. I wouldn’t had tripped if it was the guy who was the one asked for our order and finish with the transaction and giving us our drink. The handwriting on both cups...
Read moreWhoever is in charge of this location ought be ashamed. To leave a poor woman all on her own to run the entire shop is an egregious lack of leadership ability.
Crissy herself was wonderful. Kind, friendly and good humored, she made my order perfectly and quickly despite being horribly understaffed. She remembered and took care to use people's names and thanked me three different times for my patience. I could go on about her wonderful customer service for ages.
The leadership of this location ought to be called into account. This is unfair treatment for anyone, not to mention a Starbucks barista whose regulars are famously inpatient and rude.
I understand the difficulties of shift management at a coffee shop but to be so neglectful in your duties and so apathetic towards the well-being of your employees is condemnable in such a vocation. For the sake of the people who ought to be able to look up to you and respect you, please take care to respect...
