We hired Taeza’s Bottomline BBQ to cater for our wedding, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. He sat down with us before booking to sample all of the food he could prepare and helped walk us through a menu plan that fit our budget, and we still felt like we were getting incredible value.

Communication was professional, quick, and easy from the earliest planning to the venue logistics, and Roger was super flexible during the entire process. On the wedding day, Roger and his crew were fast, efficient, fed everyone quickly, and personally came out to make sure people were enjoying the food and had plenty for seconds. I had Taezas do some BBQ Packages for my big family event. I live in Grass Valley and they delivered it. That made me so happy. What an amazing experience this whole process was. Roger is who helped me through this entire process. . Great guy, awesome service, and absolutely delicious food. This will 100% be my "go to" bbq place for future events.
