Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Sagamore Hills Township

Quality is very hit-or-miss at this location. I generally like Domino's, and the folks at the Ravenna store nailed it, every single time. Pizza from this store is great sometimes, and sometimes, well, it seems like they just don't care. Just got one, and the crust was completely flat on one side, it was not cut all the way through, the toppings were mostly on one side, and the sauce was almost nonexistent. When they do things right it turns out really good, but about a third of the time it's, well... something else entirely. I'm not at all happy with the inconsistency and have begun shifting my business down the street. There are too many local pizza shops for us to continue to tolerate poorly made orders. Unfortunately the only pizza place that really delivers to me. I get my order correctly about 10% of the time.

They generally forget my drink or some item, and then the solution is to give a "free" pizza that you pay more for toppings than what they forget - just for them to forget something else.

I called the store and someone answered that it was autozone, so I am not sure if they are messing around or even have the right number on their webpage.

Last time I got fed up I wanted money back for my order - I asked to be contacted by email, they called one time over the holidays when I was working midnights and I couldnt understand the voicemail.

I'm sure it is at no fault of the staff, but service with appalling. First time I ordered my delivery took over an hour and a half. When asked about this, the store replied, "we don't have a driver" but had failed to inform us of this prior to us contacting them. Then on a redemption order, this time for pick up- I arrive at the store 10 minutes prior to my completion time listed by the Mobile app. When I asked the store members what time my order would be done, they look at me confused and had in fact NOT started my order. This pushed my puck up time another 30 minutes where I had to wait in my vehicle until it was completed. Overall, this location...
