The treasure chest ice cream was really good the waffle cone that's chocolate dipped was disgusting it tasted greasy and like chocolate covered cardboard wouldn't recommend those I'm sure others like them but it's not for me also it was very busy in the dining area (40ppl) and the ice cream parlor was busy too (10 in line waiting to pay) and 4 people directly behind them waiting to order ice cream. Now the atmosphere was nice the restaurant was cute but why I really gave them only 2 stars is for this reason: You have around 50 ppl in this very close area 40 sitting down and eating and you have 10 ppl in line waiting to pay and while they are in line they are licking their ice cream right by the counter where the ice cream is being scooped but the kids behind the counter (and I say kids because they all look to be under 18) ask the lady behind me "Where is your mask??" The lady said she had asthma and couldn't wear it the young girl looked at her like she wanted her to leave! it honestly upset me because the only people that actually had a mask on in the entire place were the workers at this point because everyone is eating or in line licking their ice cream! Right next to the counter that the ice cream is being served from and they wanted to be rude to the 1 person that was in line without a mask because of a medical reason? For that reason I will not go back to this place the...
Read moreHost Tallin? seemed unprepared, he asked us for drinks without jotting anything down, gave us the wrong drinks and no straw Waitress seemed more prepared, she apologized for any inconvenience, and a case of mistaken table. She seemed very professional, and had a friendly attitude. She was quick with any question I had asked, and didn't seemed at all bothered by the changes to my dish My dish was an Irish Omelette, consists of: sautéed Ham, Peppers, onions, and Cornbeef Hash, side of hash browns. They brought my food out and didn't read the ticket clearly as there was no presence of Cornbeef Hash in the omelet, immediately sent it back, The cook threw cornbeef hash inside the mess up and served it back to me, the presentation of my dish is abysmal and over crowded on my plate, and ludicrously greasy, The Waitress seem to be the only one that knows what she is doing when it came to proper customer care. hash browns is the best part of my plate. They came out crispy and touch over done (how I like it personally) If the cook improves his ticket awareness as well as plate presentation, and this restaurant will THRIVE The price of food is reasonable and the atmosphere is vibrant and...
Read moreWe are new to Saginaw and went to Fuzzy's on a recommendation of a friend. It is a very good American food restaurant! Being our first visit it will require us to visit several times to try other menu items. There is plenty of seating. The temperature was accommodating and comfortable. The waitresses let us choose our table. We were promptly waited on. The wait staff were congenial and helpful. I settled on eating "breakfast for dinner."I ordered Eva's Special consisting of 2 large eggs, toast, and a choice of meat. The meal was delicious and served hot from the kitchen. The flavors were good. The toast was golden brown with and assortment of jellies and jams available. The bacon was crispy. The scrabble eggs needed another 1-2 minutes of cooking but they were not under-cooked. The portions were appropriate for teenagers and adults. Fuzzy's is known for their ice cream bar where your requests are made right there. The ice cream is hard, frozen, and hand stopped. They have approximately 26 flavors! The prices were reasonable. We certainly will be...
