Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Saginaw

I called respectfully needing my pizza remade due to receiving just cheese! I specifically ordered the pepperoni most bestist.. I said.. I expect this remade to what I ordered.. that evidently hurt Linda and her little boyfriend running the register! He asked i walked in started with ignorance. I don't like being told to fix my mistakes! We don't need customers demanding corrections!! We get new customers every day! We don't need your business!!! Linda screaming at someone around the corner to SIT DOWN! Over over said she agrees with customer treatment!!! Go ahead get on line and tell corporate! I did I'll be sharing on Facebook so everyone is. The Saginaw area can know Davenport Little Ceasars is abusive restaurant to their customers, employees, and disabled children! I informed them my autistic children will not eat just cheese this hast to be remade to what I ordered. I expect it to be done by the time I drove another 20 minutes back making my dinner cold! No I'm sorry, we got the new one right here!! No just ignorance and abuse verbally abuse!! Linda needs retraining! They refused to give me a receipt! Saturday 9/20 6:39 was my first call when I ordered. 7:37 by the time I got home and went to serve the pizza to my children! Now 8:22 they are eating. If I could leave negative stars I would. Ordered through Little Caesars online app and waited an hour and 15 minutes until calling Little Caesars back. They use door dash for their deliveries and claim no affiliation with them so we were out with no pizza and a charge on our card. I continually asked for a refund and was hung up on. The number to door dash are recordering and received no help through their chat since I don't have a door dash account, and I ordered through Little Caesars. I then proceed to go to the location and order another pizza, and wait 30 minutes in the parking lot. I go in to check on the status and they claim they never got the order and never started making the pizza. Got a refund for the second pizza since it was a in store purchase. Was never offered a coupon, a free hot n ready for wasting hours of our time. Nothing. Absolute joke. Will never go to this Little Caesars again. I went in to pick up a couple pizzas for dinner. What I witnessed from the manager was absolutely outrageous. She was training a new employee on the register. The new employee made a MINOR mistake. Nothing horrendous at all, just hit the wrong key. The manager proceeded to yell and humiliate the poor women. It wasn't just me there. There were two other women waiting to pick up their orders as well. I leaned over the counter and whispered to the employee to apply for a job where I work because we treat our employees with respect. It's no wonder there is always help wanted signs at this location with a manager like that. She should be fired...
