Panda Express — Restaurant in Saginaw

I live close by and have been going to this location panda for a long time this location used to be one of the best ones that I’ve ever been to but for the last six months this location has been going downhill rapidly I get food there for me and my wife weekly and I have noticed that when we are ordering the same thing every week it is different and no Consistency with this meal I have found that it appears that they are mixing the old Orange chicken with a new orange chicken some of it would look perfect some of it would be dark brown and very sticky like it is older and hard this is happened to us several times also I noticed that the Brown Fried rice it’s not Brown fried rice it is white rice made to look like brown rice it does not taste the same trust me also they have got very small portions that they give you now used to they gave you what you paid for now they gave a very small portions and the price is just not worth it we spoke to them about the food quality and the manager there just was downright rude and did not want to even hear it I would think that this location needs more training because when you try to express your concern and they don’t even wanna hear you there’s not much else you can do but do a rating on them I really wouldn’t even give themI want star but I have to give one star they don’t even deserve...

When we pulled up it was right before 930 pm. They already had the chairs up. So we had to double check their closing hours and it still said 11pm. So we went in. They had already cleaned the floor. Which means they started at like 9 or sooner. Immediately was thinking that's way too early and didn't make up feel welcomed to eat there. Took them a few minutes to help us, she had nicely asked us to wait. They had soap all over the floors back there too. The smell was so so strong. I could taste it even. They had most of the main food there but no sides. If we wanted to eat like wantons or egg rolls we had to wait 8 mins she said. The teriyaki was burnt!!! Like she tossed like 3 pieces to get to the bottom and it was all still burnt. Which she gave me anyways. After eating some I couldn't bite thru the charlled burnt chicken and saw the egg and carrots in the fried rice were also burned. Which we obviously took our food to go because we didn't want to eat smelling the chemicals or having to make us take a chair down. But they were still very busy for 930. Idk or I'm not sure ill care either to go back there.

My husband and I have been going to this Panda for years, it has become a Friday night ritual. We have always enjoyed it. The staff and the food!

However, last night will be our last time going to this one! We have always received a military discount. It's not the money it is the idea that they respect the military.... Last night when my husband showed his ID card the young lady (obviously new) said she didn't know what that means. No problem, but when she asked the manager ( who happened to be standing there) HIS attitude just made me angry! He just shook his head and said he was the new manger and he chooses NOT to give the discount. Again, it was his ATTITUDE, not the fact that there was no discount. (We frequent many establishments that do not offer this...) He did not even have the courtesy to say something like "I'm sorry, we no longer offer this" My impression was that he had disdain for the military. Therefore we won't be going there and I urge other veterans or supporters of veterans and our military to take their...
