Very long review: poor customer service, poor management, and poor communication from employees. First I have a few problems with the app charging two of my card but my order not making it to the store. Four different times. My last visit there I was bit frustrated and I probably channeled that during conversations with the staff but instead being listened to and being understood the manager on duty interrupted me and became very confrontational with me when asking me to verify my charges, verify what I ordered, and even when asking me for a case number so she could try to help me report the problem which I provided to her all the while calling me rude and accusing me of complaining too much to them about my issues with the app, I was also accused me of being the ONLY customer coming to their location who order does not come through and the only customer to have this payment issue on the Tim Hortons app. The manager insinuated that I was actually lying when I showed proof. During this same visit When I was on the phone with corporate regarding my payment and order issues they sent an employee out to sit across from me and record me on their phone even though I was just sitting on the phone not being loud, confrontational, or disruptive at all. Three separate times with witnesses present My caramel ice capp was made incorrectly and the employees and manager refused to remake correctly even though I paid for it said they are not allowed to remake it, it was VERY dark u could see liquid in the bottom of the cup. It seems to be this sole manager who does not wear a name tag who seems to have this ongoing issue with me when all I ever wanted was my food & drink items I paid for through the app and to be treated fairly as a paying customer.
I plan on making my daily visits to the Tim Hortons on Tittabawassee location instead bc they treat me in a very professional kind and courtesy manner. I have heard a lot of people complain about the North Michigan location. I also see why the inside is not busy and why there is a revolving door with management here. The management performance there was highly unprofessional and acted like they did not care multiple times. They also shared with me how old managers no longer work there because they were fired for doing things not within policies-this is unprofessional as well not business I did not even ask. Read moreI have never written a bad review, but I have been very disappointed my last few visits to this saginaw location on Michigan. Today I arrived and there were several workers outside in the parking lot, cars were lined up in the drive thru. The speaker is not visible until you enter the line and make your way around the bend where you are unable to do anything but wait due to the curbs on both sides of the lane. When the speaker was visible it was apparent that it was not functioning because there was a man who appeared to be repairing it.. he spoke to car after car as they reached the speaker, when I arrived at the speaker there was a sign saying that headsets were not working temporarily and to please be patient while they worked to resolve the issue. The man at the speaker said that we had to order at the window.. I waited behind the 2 cars for 5-10 minutes before I reached the window where an employee said they were closed.. I questioned why I waited so long behind the other two cars if they were closed (I was not paying close enough attention to notice if there was an exchange of money or goods) the employee copped an attitude with me and said "there is a WHOLE sign on the speaker" which to my knowledge did NOT state that they were closed. As I drove away and noticed all the employees in the parking lot I questioned why they were not letting any of the customers know that they were closed instead of just watching car after car get in line. I called the location to suggest they put a "WHOLE SIGN" at the drive through entrance instead of at the speaker to avoid the miscommunication and annoyance of customers coming to the window, and that someone should communicate with the man at the speaker that they are closed so he does not continue to tell people to order at the window. The girl again copped an attitude with me and stated that she can "only do what the boss tells her to do" and "are you my boss? No, you're a customer, have a nice day" then hung up.

Read moreI visited this place with my fiancé on 3/16/25. When I checked my card transactions I seen that I was charged 2x for two separate amounts. I waited a bit because the charge was pending in my account and not complete so I thought that the charge would fall off but did not, the charge went through. I contacted guest services who is not corporate as they don’t have a corporate. The guest services submitted a ticket to the manager of the store. I visited the store to see if my issue could be resolved because I did not feel that I should have been charged over $30 in total for 2 mediums iced caramel Capps and 2 donuts, one which was free with my reward points. I explained this all to the manager at the store, showed her all the proof I had. The manager at the store contacted the general manager via phone, where I was able to speak with this manager and she told me because I didn’t have a receipt it would be hard to assist me. I advised her the employee on Sunday did not provide me a receipt. The manager that was talking over the phone who is the general manager informed me that she wasn’t dealing with this shit and for the manager at the store to take my information. Here we are, days later and I have no resolution to my problem. They stole money from me and have not given me anything back nor apologized for whatever issue their system had going on this day. The sad thing is that a lot of older people stop into this store and probably have no knowledge that they may be being financially abused by this coffee and donut shop.
