It hurts my heart to share this review. I usually try to refrain from giving bad reviews, but this warrants a response. I have enjoyed coming to events at the Temple over the past few years, due to the way that staff, specifically ushers, and the box office staff (Selena and Steve) have treated us. Yesterday though, upon attending the Buddy Guy show, I did not see Selena. After inquiring, I overheard other staff discussing that she, as well as another person, were no longer employed there. I do not know the circumstances of her departure, but want to make it clear that her spirit, service, and smile were shining pillars in this theatre, and it is unfortunate that other patrons will not experience it. It seems as though there are other issues, as the balcony was horribly humid, and there were white spots that looked like mold on some of the seats! I'm speculating that the departure of these employees and the decline in the customer service are related, but I'm not 100%. However, I hope that Selena is doing well, and that the theatre can straighten...

I had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of entertaining for a corporate event last month at the Temple Theater. Like always myself and 2 crew members were there to set up super early and had an hour to spare once done. The staff at the box office area were so kind. They walked us down the block a smidge to get into the right set of doors and waited until we were settled in to walk off. Within an hour or so from that the main set up/wait staff arrived and they too were super nice. Also, Charlie D. then took myself and team for a tour sharing the splendor of Saginaw's crowned jewel. This place is crazy cool with a super staff. The picture is from inside one of the side theaters/smaller event rooms where my client had me do a Family Feud Style event with some Speed Trivia too. All was good. I wanna go back to The Temple Theater and work...

Just finished an annual event at the Temple Theater, and the facilities cannot be beat! Ample parking across the street at the parking garage for a small fee. Street crossing guards to ensure crossing the road safely. Ushers are so polite and helpful. Abundant security staff and safety measures in place. (That being said, arrive early to ensure enough time for parking, getting through security, finding your seat, etc.) Concessions available. Professional and accomodating staff. This historic theater is an absolute treasure and beauty! It is the Fox Theater of the Great Lakes Bay Region. We look forward to our event hosted at this theater every year. Highly recommend the...

Until yesterday, I hadn't been inside the Temple Theatre. I had questions on the phone about 2 concerts, so I stopped in to the box office & received the best, personalized & friendly customer service. 🌺 Heather🌺 & another very helpful lady were so kind & helpful; we cannot wait to come back soon to attend TWO concerts!! A+, top-notch service, wow!!! Oh, & the ADA handicap parking is available & right next door, so convenient for my husband! It is a truly GORGEOUS, fully-restored, loved theatre & we're just thrilled. 💞🌺 Thank you, Temple Theatre! See you soon! ❤️krissy & joel lucas

This place was a lot of fun. The staff was friendly and helped move lines along to shorter lines, and you don't get that everywhere. We were there for a Weird Al concert and we had gotten our tickets at the VERY last moment and had literally the farthest row seating, but even in the nose beelds we could see well and the acoustic were great! Living closer to Detroit and WAY overpaying for most things at shows, it was refreshing to go somewhere that the pricing wasn't outrageous for snacks and drinks.
