Trang's Kitchen — Restaurant in Saint Albans Town

Pleasantly stumbled across this hidden gem driving back from our family trip. My son and husband really wanted pho for lunch and I just googled to see what is remotely close along our route. And very happy we stopped in. Everything was neatly packed in take out containers. The pho was delicious, homemade beef broth was so tasty. Sorry, couldn’t get photos in time before the boys dug in. My daughter & I had the banh xeo and Vietnamese iced coffee. Super savory and satisfying for our tummies. The owners Trang and Andy were so nice and welcoming. Would definitely go there again if we’re in the area and highly recommend to anyone wanting a taste of authentic pho and banh xeo around...

Local folks, rejoice! This was an unexpected fantastic meal and a great value for a small Vermont town. We ordered the takeout for two special and were full and very satisfied. The pho was deeply flavorful and packed with meat. Noodles and herbs were packed separately so everything was still fresh and crisp. The tiger rolls were wonderfully crunchy and tasted like a better version of a crab Rangoon. This special included Trang's homemade yogurt, which seemed an unusual inclusion but was actually really delicious and a lovely way to end the meal.
