We had a really enjoyable meal and evening here, on our last night in Florida (before heading back to Chicago). We chose this place because it was one of my MIL's favorite places, thanks to good food and good service. It did not disappoint!
Having had American food all week, my (grown up) kids were excited to have Asian food for a change (their favorite). They had a wonderful selection, from all our favorite Thai dishes & curries, to Japanese, sushi, to Vietnamese Pho.
I was excited to see, among the Thai specialities, an unusual offering - "Crispy Grouper" - Florida grouper with the chef’s selection of sautéed vegetables and chili sauce. Since we were heading back to Chicago the next day, this gave me one more opportunity to have Florida grouper, while I could! And I'm glad I chose this - it was absolutely delicious!
My husband also had the Red Snapper catch of the day, and thought it was delicious too. (Though one tiny niggle - it turned out to be smaller than he'd hoped, but not a huge deal).

Read moreI was dragged here by my friends who really wanted to eat here, (we normally go to the one by Anastasia but it’s closed on Tuesday) and was pleasantly surprised the place was re-done. The carpet is changed out for vinyl flooring, everything looks clean and the food was delicious, the staff is also friendly and charismatic. We had Brisket pho, Chicken Pad Thai, Steamed Gyoza and Thai coffee. Everything was great! Be aware their spicy levels are spicier than Green Papaya. ☺️
I came to this place once before, and I had decided not to come again, the place was too dark, the carpet was gross and your feet would stick to the floor from how dirty it was and most of all the food didn’t taste that good and the boba I had gotten still had powder bits in it. Safe to say it’s all different now! Definitely come here...

Bistro is on Anastasia Island, and Cuisine is on US1 on the main land. Both places are going to have some excellent food though. Pho, Curry, Bánh mì, Pad Thai Noodle, sushi... It's all very good and I hit this place of a couple times per month to get my curry fix.
US1 location (Cuisine) has booths and tables, and a sushi bar. Service is fast, competent, and pleasant. I hope they can change the floor covering soon. It was there before Andaman moved in, but it's ugly, cheap, and worn to the point of being sticky. That said- I'd walk through a swamp for some good curry, and...
