So on July 30 at 1:40 pm . I order a Mango Strawberry Recharge in the size of medium. It went as usual but I think it was odd that the cashier "Blake S" was typing before I order but I thought maybe he as signing in. After he types in my order . He asks if I want a reciept and I say yes . As he hands me the reciept he started stumbling out about how my reciept may look funny but to ignore it . I say okay and wait for my drink . I get my drink then leave . The next day when I'm going through my reciepts . I see my smoothie king reciepts look very different compare to one another . Then I noticed that the cashier "Blake S" added my drink order to another person "Melissa Espenschied" member id. I was confused about that . Is my credit card information stored under her account now .So I Called the store and an employee told me the manager wasn't there. I call again and a another employee named "Max" pick up . I ask for the manager and he says he is the manager. I then tell him my problem. He then says " Well I wasn't there yesterday. So I'll have my manager call you". I hang up. I then wait the rest of the day for a phone call and receive none. Then tonight at 7:57. I get a called from the manager "Danny". I didn't answer. But I listen to voicemail and then called back. Because if my credit card infomation is on this member id. I have a problem with that because I have dealt with credit card fraud before. So I want to deal with this. When I call back the phone rings and rings. I then look up smoothie king hours and realize they closed. I first find it appalling that i am dealing with this problem in the first place but then for the Manager to wait a day then call me back 3 minutes before they close unacceptable ! Read moreFirst time I tried their açaí it was made by a younger woman who did it perfectly! Great consistency and more than enough topping to make the bowl worth $13. Today I decided to place my order prior to arriving. I live less than five minutes away and upon arrival, it was not ready, which I was fine with. I was looking around and saw that an açai base was in the blender container just sitting on the counter, not covered or anything. I proceeded to wait about five minutes and decided to walk outside to move my car. I came back and it still was not completed. I certainly thought that it wasn’t my order that was still sitting on the counter because it would’ve obviously been partially melted. The owner I presume proceeds to put everything in a bowl and sprinkle very skimpy amount of topping. I didn’t want to make a scene so I took my order and went into my car. I opened the lid and decided to go back into the establishment, mentioning that my bowl has very little topping, and I would like to order some more in which I was still charged for. I didn’t even make it halfway through the bowl and it is already melted. A fourth of it is going in the trash. I just think that everyone including the owner needs to have the same training as everyone else so that there is consistency with every order. Needless to say I will go back to visiting the 5th Street location...

I would go both days on my rush to work and call ahead by 5 minutes so that it was ready when I got there. I never skimped out on it. But then today, Friday, I was told the manager decided they can't do that even by taking a card number when I had just done it earlier this week. I'll probably have to start going to the one...
