Benito's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

So I call order my food, I explain how to get to where I live because I know its confusing, I even make sure to tell them I live on the ground floor because I'm aware of the fact on the first floor there is a maintenance room that has a sticker number on it with the same number as my apartment. As it was... I was going to double check the slip when they got here, because based on what i ordered the price of my food sounded like it was $3.50 too much. The site claims delivery is free. So i was going to double check with the delivery guy to see if that was an actual delivery charge. Am told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. Almost an hour goes by, I keep looking out the window... no driver. So finally I go to give my son his bath while I'm waiting. Phone rings twice while i'm doing that, I call them back 5 minutes after it rang to inquire if that was them and maybe the delivery guy was lost. I get someone who says oh he knocked on your door and waited 10 minutes no one answered. I said NOPE. No one knocked on my door.-in factI didn't tell them this because I shouldn't have to argue but I have a bell on my door hanging on the inside. If the neighbors kid runs down the hallway the vibrations cause that thing to ring. So not only did my door not get a knock but nothing shook that bell in the last 3 hours since my neighbor got home! I tell them he/she probably went to first floor (even though i had looked out the window numerous times and the only car I saw outside anytime I looked was someone parked in front of the OTHER building, But that didn't look like a delivery car). Guys says no he went to the ground floor. I said NOPE. He says let me get the manager. Heinous woman who wants to argue with me that the guy stood their for ten minutes and I didn't answer. Well... he didn't go to the right door... so that's not my problem. Oh they called twice. Yah I was getting my son in the tub and I called them back 5 minutes later! Lady had such an attitude like it wasn't there fault! Yah it was considering NO ONE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR!. Their driver screwed it up and instead of taking responsibility and saying let us try again she just wanted to cop an attitude and put it on me, So I told her forget it she should expect a bad review, Never will I call their again and I'll make the extra effort to tell friends what happened so they don't either. Entire cheese topping comes off the slice at one time when our 2 year old takes a bite. They need to associate orders with a name and not what you ordered. Several people will order the same or similar items and it gets confused. Great...
