my husband and i went through the drive through at 9pm and after we pulled up to the speaker, we waited for 5+ minutes, said “hello?” over and over again and got no response. we then got tired of waiting since we were the only car in line so we pulled up to the window to find the employee (kassidy) leaning over the counter with her headset off, talking to a friend not a coworker, a friend . it took a minute after that for her to realize (after her friend pointed at us )we were there then she put her head set back on opened the window and just said “what can i get you” with no apology or anything. we explained we waited at the speaker but got no response and again didn’t really get a response to that. she took our order as if she was bothered by the fact that we were there, shut the window, gave us our food with no “thank you”, “sorry”, or “have a good night”. not a...

Ordered online. Two crispy Chickentacos. The tacos aren’t crispy just the chicken. They’re very small. For the cheeseburgerCheeseburger I minus the tomatoes but asked for everything else to stay the same. It was the thinnest tiniest little hamburger I’ve ever seen in my life and did not have any cheese!! We only live two minutes away and all of the food came to us cold.
