Summary: COMING IN A GROUP? DON'T!!! THEY WILL SPLIT UP YOUR GROUP, EVEN IF THE BAY NEXT TO YOU IS OPEN UNLESS YOU PAY A $900 FEE. I see they replied so here's the fact-checked truth: 1) we made our reservation a week in advance, not just a walkup. 2) notice they didn't apologize for a split group with open bays around? They only justified their group policy. This "you want 3 bays together, we want to make that happen" is really "you have a lot of people, we want your money" B.S. and will ONLY happen IF you pay for the group package. At least now you know that, we didn't. 3) The on-site management quoted us $900 for the group rate, I'm not making these numbers up. Fax.

Seating Experience: We booked a time at 5:30, didn't get taken to our bays for 40 mins. Thankfully they have outside games corn hole (free) and mini golf (for a fee). Then they took our family group to different sections 15 bays apart, even though the 8 bays around us were wide open. We asked politely, then more assertively. We escalated. Management doesn't care about YOU. They don't. They told us we were spread out so multiple servers get work. But the real truth is they have a large group policy where you have to pay $900 to get seated together. That's a you problem Big Shots, your servers can split tables next to each other. We ordered 1 meal instead of 18 and took our business elsewhere. Brother Suckers. Golf Experience: If you're looking for a Top Golf competitor then you will be disappointed. The circles on the turf are just colored turf. The games are limited to 3 options that bore easily. Shot accuracy from the machines is very poor. It didn't register 1/3 of the shots we hit. One of our two ball dispensers was non-functioning so we just opened the tub. And we were missing golf clubs (like Driver) from our bay so we couldn't hit da bombs bro!!! Staff Experience: Most disappointing service ever. Especially from the leadership. There will be a reply to this that says, "sorry we missed the mark this time..." But read the other reviews, I'm not the only one. It's a policy thing they do, they won't sit you together unless you pay the $900 group fee. You came to have fun as a family but they are planning, by policy, to ruin your day....

Honestly, we will never go back! EVER. We made a reservation online for a party of 18. Which was a joke. You have to do it all online and get it approved or whatever. Talking to the front desk lady was like pulling teeth! She was so disrespectful and no help was given. I felt like I was bothering her and she was annoyed with me all over trying to get a few Bays together. Got it online and Fast forward to the next day- We got there 10 mins early and the front desk was snippy and stand offish and told us they will not seat us until our exact time, so we hung around and walked back right at our 6:00pm time to find out they now couldn’t seat us until the front desk girl (which was the manager) came back out from the restroom. So then we had to wait another 10 minutes for her.. and when she came back there was no “oh sorry about that” or any acknowledgment to us. She called us over as she was rolling her eyes. I could tell she didn’t want to be there and deal with anyone. We got to our 3 booths by each other and they were so run down. The booths surrounding ours were out of order and all of our TV’s barely worked with cracks in every single one. We asked for a few toddler clubs because we were going for kids birthdays and of coarse had a lot of kids and they said that we would need to share 1 left hand and 2 right hand kids golf club (not a whole set, ONE GOLF CLUB ) we were like what the heck.. we had 10 kids out of 18 and 3 bays to share that. Not easy whatsoever! And the place wasn’t even busy!! There were so many unused bays. After we had no interaction with the front desk our server was alright. When ordering food I asked for an ingredient on the side for health reasons and she told me that probably won’t work because the cook is on one tonight. Like, WHAT!! It’s never ending.. All around, The food was decent but nothing special and it was very run down. We thought it would have been such a great time and nice being it’s new and all but even the kids didn’t think it was anything special. We spent almost $1000 on this place and it was a waste of money! Definitely not going to go back. Good luck with getting nice service here from...

We walk in and go straight to the counter to pay for a round of golf for one hour, theres an employee standing at the counter, just staring at us, so we just figured he was new and was waiting for someone to come back? After a few minutes past, another employee came to the counter and started helping us. We asked how long the wait was and he said 15 minutes so we put our name down and started to play corn hole outside while we waited. After 30 minutes we went back inside to see if it was our turn, no one was at the counter again, so we decided just to poke our head in the area where the golfing was, and saw that there were probably 20 stations open? I understand there’s a system to seating people, but it just didn’t seem like it made sense to wait 30 minutes when they were so many open places. Once they called our name, the guy that helped us grab the kid that we originally saw when we walked in, and told him to take us to station 121. The kid it took us to the station seemed like he didn’t wanna be there, looked completely miserable, but in a way of where he was just a brat. He didn’t do anything, particularly rude towards us, it was more his demeanor, and he just seemed like he simply didn’t care about literally anything. We got to our station, and he, abruptly and loudly shouts at us for the last four digits of our phone number. So he enters our phone number into the screen, pulls up the game, and again continues with an attitude of, “I don’t care to be here” and rambled on through the game options at a voice level that was too low to understand. We had to ask him twice to repeat what he said. We kept an I on him throughout the rest of the hour, and he did the same thing to two other groups. The food was amazing, we got fried pickles and loaded tater tot’s, which I highly recommend! The waiter was nice, but he forgot multiple parts of our order such as the...

If my husband were writing this, or if it was our first time there, this review would be less stars. We first visited this place in April, we had fun and we really enjoyed the food. Last night was a different story. My husband ordered the BBQ bacon burger, which he always does because he hates ketchup and Mayo. When his burger came out it had hot shot sauce, which is fry sauce, which is basically ketchup and Mayo mixed together. We sent it back and it came out wrong again, this time with only fry sauce and no bbq sauce. Our server had an attitude and argued with me about it even after I showed her on the menu it says nothing about the burger having that sauce (she even tried to say it’s not Mayo it’s fry sauce lol). The general manager did apologize and gave us 25% off (thank you), but he even stood by the food because he checked with the cook who said it comes with the sauce, this was after he admitted the menu doesn’t say it. I think the cook was confused and it is a training issue, not a marketing issue. We still had fun and our kids loved the fried cauliflower bites. If you are used to TopGolf it’s similar but not as good. Still fun to play but there are more issues with balls not registering, there are less games to choose from, and the servers have major attitude if something goes wrong. Adding a picture of the menu which clearly shows what comes on the burger. It shows that sauce comes on other burgers so we had no reason to think the sauce came on the bbq bacon burger. Also, we double checked to make sure it’s not included at the top where it says all burgers come with… We are still confused. Your customers shouldn’t leave hungry feeling like they can’t send the food back again or it’ll get spit on (or worse). It one hundred percent should have been handled better by the server to begin with.

Update 2024: Either I pick crappy times to come or this place isn’t great. We had a 40 min wait (which is fine we came on a Saturday afternoon but it ended up being an hour). Our bay was dirty on arrival. Chips all the ground and a dirty table (gross). We had to hunt down clubs and had a lefty and wasted 30 mins trying to get another tee. Ordered a big shots Bloody Mary, no celery or bacon, nothing said when she brought out the drink. Our time ended and we waited for our check to which she said we had 7 mins left yet the system had said we were done. I asked about the big shots Bloody Mary and she said they didn’t have bacon when he ordered but could get it now (why would I want it after? and was still charged full price). This place appears as if it’s on the verge of closing and they are just letting it go to crap. Went for a friends birthday. The overall staff and environment were great! Our bays did have a few hiccups but the staff was right on top of it. Our friends had set up the reservations online. They made some mistake and charged me for the bays AND our friends even though they had already paid online. I called and spoke with a manager who said he would get it fixed and email me within 30-45 mins. I called 2 days later and spoke with another manager who told me “he probably got busy, if he said he would do it he will”. Long story short I had to call 2 other times to get my account refunded! Very annoying. I’m pretty sure our friends didn’t get refunded since they didn’t make multiple phone calls.
