Kingdom Crust Company — Restaurant in Saint Johnsbury

Tonight we ordered $65.00 worth of food to be delivered, the order was placed at 6:10pm at 7:00pm my daughter called and talked to someone and they stated that there was a mess up with the order and they were getting it out right away. At 7:38pm I called and talked to the manager TJ and he assured me the delivery person would be pulling in our driveway with in a couple of minutes at 7:49pm I called back and told TJ I wanted a full refund he said he would give a refund and to keep the food when it arrived he said they were busy because of St. Patricks day I told him we were told there was a mess up with the order and there should have been a call when the order was messed up. This is the first and last time we will be eating Kingdom Crust Co food. We did give the driver a tip as it was not his fault. The food was very cold but it did taste good. To top this horrible experience off my husband ordered Mushroom Stromboli when he bit into it it was Anchovy thank god he is not allergic to fish then Kingdom Crust would also have a medical bill on their hands. TJ and his staff should not offer a service they clearly cannot handle doing and they should be ashamed of themselves that they cannot even get the order right and be thankful nothing harmful came to my husband if I could give them a negative star I most...

placed my order online. I received both a text message and an email that gave a pick up time. I arrived about 5 mins after that pickup time to have the young lady at the counter say they didnt have my order. after running all over the kitchen area and talking to everyone they finally found my order slip "somewhere" only to have the gentleman who was cooking to look at it and oh that order I havent even started that yet... This was 10 min after the "pickup time" so he says it will take about 10 min to make my order. As I am standing there waiting another customer comes out of the back dinning room and asks about his order that he placed 15 mins ago. Again a scramble all over the kitchen only to find the order in the computer but again to have never been started!! I could understand misplacing an order if they were slammed busy but from what I could see there was only one other table that already had their food. Once I finally received my food the meatball sub was horrible the meatball chunks were burned on a greasy flattop that was all you could taste and the fries were barley warm forget about cooked. For a meal that was way over priced it was a huge disappointment and a long way from the great food that used to be...

An unfortunate let-down. I'm sorry to say most of the food went uneaten despite a long wait. I'm sincerely hoping that they were just having a rough day and that this isn't a normal experience.

We were in town for an event, and this place seemed like the best option for a casual meal. Upon arrival, there was a sign on the door saying no dine-in despite Google reporting it as an option. Instead, we placed an order at the window and were told come back in 10 minutes. We waited and went back up, and we were told they needed another 15 minutes. After another wait, it was necessary to wait another 10 minutes before we were given our food.

When we returned to our room, we discovered there were several issues with the food. The stromboli was browned on the outside but the dough was completely raw inside. There were toppings on the sandwich that we requested be omitted, the bottom bread was soggy, and the chips were oily. The kingdom fries were undercooked and very oily.
