Taste the Rainbow 🌈 at Supa Spice. The Rainbow Roll is supa fresh! Seriously, I’m a regular here. I stop in for lunch and I pick up and take home for dinner. My wife and I like the poke bowls, the chronic and all the sushi rolls. There is tremendous value in her food. And there’s tremendous value buying local. Su started this during COVID and has grown her business and her menu in a way that insures freshness and quality. Thanks for another delicious lunch!

Ordered the beef bulgogi bowl at lunch time. Portion and flavors in the bowl were good, but the beef was almost inedible. It had been very obviously cooked at least the day before, probably several days before. It was dry and tough. Basically like bad beef jerky. Would have expected better for a nearly $20 lunch bowl (after 15% tip).

I just can’t say enough good things about this food. Everything is soooo phenomenal. All the soups are killer, the sushi is so so so fresh, banh mi is to die for. I had the bento special tonight and it was amazing and came with so much food and soup for $20. Heavenly.

I'm truly happy to see new culture Foods popping up in the Northeast Kingdom, it's always a risky Venture because people up there tend to be very close minded. They also have not been exposed to many different cultures, there was definitely some Filipino, Vietnamese and Korean dishes going on here, I only got a dish that was already prepared and in the cold box, however it was very tasty it was called pork chronic and reminded me of a Vietnamese Rice Bowl. If you live in the Northeast Kingdom in your bored with all of the food that you normally having, give it a try. If you are not from the Northeast Kingdom but you are visiting and you are also bored with the options, this is a restaurant you...

Edit: After speaking with the incredibly kind owner they explained that the maki rolls they make are not traditional maki rolls and encouraged us to order from the counter for a fresher roll next time. From start to finish the staff was kind and receptive which can be very difficult in these awkward situations. ... I really hate to say this but this was not good sushi. The portions of sushi are so large and inundated with dried out rice that any flavor is lost. It is not worth the price for my tastebuds. Perhaps they have other items that are great, but I was incredibly disappointed after seeing all the 5 star reviews and having such a...

Alright everyone.. If you're from (or visiting) the northeast kingdom of Vermont and believe that traveling across boarders, or to Newport is going to find you the best sushi; then think again... Not only is Sue a brilliant chef, she's also a wonderful person. So talented, I find it difficult to justify going anywhere else. Now, I have heard rumors of possibly having fresh sashimi in the beautiful small town of Saint Johnsbury, Vermont.. If these rumors are true; competitor's beware!! Even if this rumor is fabricated from the ether... Sushi, and Thai Cuisine lovers unite! This...
