Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saint Joseph

It was 11:45pm when I called and before that I had already tried calling two times 11:38pm and 11:35pm. must I tell you that none of these times was I spoken to I was answered but not spoken to. the first time in the background I heard someone yell go to sleep. the second time in the background I heard some guy say they better not order anything. The third time I have to speak up because no one would speak up and they said we're are closed. I asked if I can order or not it's 11:45 are you guys closed or not. he says it's we are cleared ....yes you could order. I just told him that I wasn't going to order I was already mad by that for lying, not answering, hanging up and embarrassing me... Not I mention I went to bed with an empty stomach. I said I better not order I feel threatened I felt like I was going to get my pizza but it was going to be made with anger and maybe someone was going to spit on it or sit on it...

Worst customer service ever!!! I orderd on line on my way to family night at Camp Geiger boy scout camp, when we picked up the pizza noticed the 50% discount was not given.he When the cashier asked the mansger about giving us the discount. The manager replied it's aginst corporate policy and illegal for him to adjust the price. Then when one of his employees suggested he give us the discount because it's what is being advertised, the manager responded very rudely I am not going to. Then I said he is rght you should honor the discount the manager responded he is not my boss!! This manager has very poor customer service and very rude instead of giving us the discount we left and had to go find something else for parents night. I would never go back or order from that Dominos again. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time!! We were there Wednesday July 11th...

So much for Dominos new image. I ordered a large specialty pan pizza delivered to a local truck stop. It's hard driving a semi to get close enough to a lot of places to pick up. I called them because I didnt have the truck stop address so could not use the app. Didn't get anything near what I ordered. Ended up with some kind of thin crispy crust meat pizza. When I called them back they argued that I didnt know what I was talking about because they dont make pan pizzas bigger than medium. While that might be true it sure would have been nice to know that when I ordered instead of the kid just sending whatever he felt like out the door. Won't be going here again that's for sure. Can't stand...
