UPDATE: I wanted to give this place a second chance because; I get it, even the best of us have "off" days....... Don't come here. Just Don't. Waited over a half an hour for food. Drive thru was not faring much better. Saw a truck go into drive thru while I was waiting for my own food in Dining room. Same truck WENT BACK AROUND THE BUILDING INTO DRIVE THRU! While I was waiting, I encountered 2 staff members using phones in bathrooms. I honestly would not mind that fact If my order didn't take so long to make (seriously, it's fast food, not michellin star quality gourmet meals, come on) and even when it did come, it didn't come together at the same time. While checking to see if my order was getting ready, there were staff standing. Just standing. Drive thru is filling up, people are coming in and the staff. Are just....Standing. I did get a half @$$3d apology so I guess that counts for something. Seriously, there are other places in town to eat at and even another town not far from St. Louis that has a better McDonalds. Just put this establishment out of its; and the town's, misery.

Read moreme and my co-worker came here to get dinner after work it took them 5 minutes to make my food and 15 minutes to hand it to me people that came in the store after me were getting their food ahead of me my food was completely cold and so was my co-workers waiting and I literally had to grab my own cup behind the counter also the only reason we didn't demand a refund was there was a busload of kids that came in after basketball we ended up throwing out $35 worth of food instead of having an attitude in the store and the core reason for this the two screens on top of the menu tells you what's being served and what hasn't been served the what hasn't been served was not being cleared wasn't even showing new orders and wasn't even showing what was being prepared they were going completely based off receipts over the monitor they have for it they also messed up both our orders at the same time too absolutely zero coordination what coming in and going out manager was completely non-existent and every other McDonald's I've ever went to the manager is always checking the food going out I'm never returning to this McDonald's with a...
Read moreThis is the worse Mc Donalds Ive ever been to. The fries, which didnt even reach the top of the box, were so salty they were inedible and had to be thrown out, our order, which was pretty basic, 3 normal meals, was missing one of the sandwiches all together and one of the others wasnt even one we ordered. The guy at the drive thru, dropped the change we were handing him and then he expected US to get out of the car to get it, at the pickup window the girl gave us our drinks with no straws and asked us to pull forward. I asked if I could get straws for our drinks and some sweetner she said she would put it in the bag. I asked if we could get it now so we could start drinking them and she acted like we had done something wrong, rudely gave them to us and we pulled forward. It took 7 minutes for us to get the order, which as I said, was too salty and wrong. Im guessing she did thatr on purpose. How bad is Mcdonald's paying if they cant get anyone to work there who is worthy of a job? I can show them tons of people in this area who would love to have a job.
