How can you constantly screw up multiple orders in just a few minutes. Hello crew check the receipts and bags. Also if you run out of stuff tell the customers just dont leave it off there sandwiches and still charge them.
Having two drive throughs surely didn't make them any faster. All it did was make them mess up orders even more. We went through 4 times last week and twice this week and every time they have messed the order up.
There times in two weeks they for got my large fries. How can you give somebody a quarter kinder when they order a double quarter pounded and even put it in the double box. We went threw Monday after noon got 1 large Dr pepper no ice and 1 large coke no ice a small Fri and a large fries and what did we get 2 cokes with ice and two large fries and only the top of the fries was hot and the bottom of the box was cold and nasty.
Every time we go I have to repeats the order 2 or more times. All you see is the younger kids socializing or standing around any time.
Evidently repeating your order and the ordering box and asking the people working the window of they got everything so repeating it for a 3rd time and they still forget stuff and mess it up. You complain to much they talk about the customers and how the customers are just wanting free food. No we want the food and orders done right...
