Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Saint Marys

Ordered curbside pick up due to the virus. Ordered around 3:30 pm for a 5:00 pm pick up. Saw online that I just hit the "im here" notification and "you're food will be right out!!" After about 20 minutes of waiting outside watching the young teenagers that work there come in and out of the building with no masks EATING FOOD and vaping, I decided I was going to walk in and get my order although hesitant because of the virus as stated before. Upon entering, no one saw me but I did hear a jingle to let them know I was there. Waited patiently about 5 minutes and somebody came around the corner with their mask down around their chin, saw me, rolled their eyes and put it around their mouth. If anybody thinks they're getting their food prepped in a "sanitary" manner here, you're widely mistaken. I know its pizza hut and they're widely known for terrible pizza, but stop hiring teenagers who don't care and use quality ingredients for once. Pizza was like cardboard....

My family of 5 went to Pizza Hut this past friday and had the worst experience I have ever had in a dining establishment. We were seated at a booth that was to small for us while a table that could have easily fit us sat dirty the whole time we were there. It was 20 minutes before the waitress noticed we were even there when she finally did we order our food and drinks at the same time. We got 2 orders of wings and 2 pizzas. About an hour later our food comes, pizzas, my husband's wings and then she walks away my husband interrupts her and asks about my wings, she said they need more time I'll bring them shorty. We wait 25 minutes my family is done eating waitress never once checked on us in that time. I ask about my wings and I need to go boxes she goes gets them says they are free because I waited so long we pay and leave get home wrong wings! Will never go...

Very Disappointed, we called in at 3pm, asking for a reservation at 630pm for a party of 10 for two of my nephews' birthdays. We even left a phone number at the restraunt just incase there would be a problem with the reservation. (the lady who answered the phone was new and sounded very unsure of herself.) We show up at 630, and they couldnt seat us, but did offer to split our group up if we wanted to eat. (Sure.... we want to split our family b-day dinner up right??) We left. I called today to discuss the issue with the manager, and she told me "thanks for calling to let her know", and that she would tell her boss.... didnt take my name, phone number or offer to let me speak to anyone else. I spent a hefty amount of money elsewhere, which is what I guess I will continue to do from now on. Its too bad.... who doesnt...
