Taco Bell — Restaurant in Saint Marys

I was so glad when St. Mary's got taco Bell back! We actually go there probably more then we should but tacos are my favorite food and my kids love them too they always pick taco Bell to eat Everytime we ask them what they want to eat! There has been over a handful of times when this restaurant got our orders completely wrong or forgot to give us stuff which is super annoying especially when you go through the drive thru and get all the way home and then realize it. I understand this happens at fast food restaurants so I didn't really let it affect my review, only because they will make it right if you call and tell them what's wrong. The main thing that I thought was very important to include in my review was the night I went to the saint Mary's taco Bell and it was 12:30a.m. our taco Bell closes at 1:00a.m. and I wanted two chalupas when I ordered them the boy said you can't order those our deep fryers are shut down for the night, but you can order a taco or something else if you'd like.. wait what? The deep fryers are shut off at 12:30 when you don't close until 1:00 how's that make sense? I was mad that I drove all the way there and couldn't get what I wanted I ended up ordering a taco and when I got to the window the kid apologized to me and said but the deep fryers are shut down and we have to deep fry the chulupa so since they're off we can't make them. I just said ok. But in my mind I was thinking why are the deep fryers off your open for another 30 minutes they shouldn't be shut off until 1 when the restaurant closes. That isn't right if you advertise your open till 1am then anyone should be able to order anything on the menu until 1a.m. if it is the restaurants policy to shut down the fryers at 12:30 instead of 1 then they need to make a portion of the menu dedicated to after 12:30 a.m. orders and let it known that the full menu isn't available from 12:30 on. But im pretty sure that shutting them down at 12:30 isn't the restaurants policy those workers just wanted to leave work as early as they could that night. I was upset about it but I guess I was just glad I could still order something. Hopefully it never happens...

Well, I do love their food. But if you are getting a hard shell taco you may find that the meat is so scarce that it is disappointing. I remember the one commercial talked about the loads of meat on it. The second time I ordered I asked the cashier to ask to cook to make it like they say it will be in the commercial. She said "ok" and never left the register. The commercial was so misleading! Or the cook is told to put (just guessing) a tablespoon of meat on the taco. When I get the steak softshell I am pleased with it. But to order a simple taco? I don't think so until they can provide better service and literally give some meat. I did do a review on their receipt. I never heard a word back and was dumb enough to order another hard shell taco that primarily exists of lettuce and shell. Very...

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell! Placed an order an hour in advanced drove All the way there just to wait at the speaker for 20m no answer called 3 times no pickup just for someone to finally come up to the window and say they ran out of food? Why would it say that when it says your order is ready for pickup? No refund was issued just a free taco coupon? Cmon that’s ridiculous!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would don’t waste your time...
